A Team Garage Doors

Called and they were here in 30 min. Replaced broken spring and tuned garage door (tightened loose rollets). Took 2 hrs and was quiet. Even reprogrammed remote I couldn't after 2rs. No charge. Would definitely recommed.

I would definitely recommend A-Team for any garage door service or replacement. I had to use them twice recently at two different locations for some repairs, and had a great experience both times with two different techs.

For $30 they came from Denver to COS and relinked my clicker to the opener. I felt bad they came so far for so little but I will use them when I can afford to have a tune up and new rollers. They were very reasonable and nice guys.

Weston was courteous, informative, and efficient. He kept me posted throughout the project of what he was doing, called when he was running a little late due to traffic (but still arrived well within the 2 hour window), and walked me through his fixes when he was done. I appreciated the service!

Our online request was answered quickly. Jeremy arrived timely the next day. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the advantage of replacing the damaged door now vs a temporary fix of repairing the opener. He then patiently repeated the same information to my husband when he arrived in town. Can't comment on value as we've never had to replace a garage door. It seems like a lot, but I'm sure it could have been worse.

I had a non-standard size garage. They were able to obtain and install a new garage door. The install took a little longer than expected, but they stayed late to get the job done. They charged me a reasonable price for the new garage door and installation.

Service person was very knowledgeable and quickly found my problem.

I provided all the information of what was needed and when someone got here they told me they don't work on those kind of springs. I ended up hiring since I had done the research and the cost was reasonable for a complete replacement. Just wish they had told me first that they don't work on those kinds of springs.

Before starting any repair or addressing the problem for which I had contacted Home Advisor, Keith, a very fast-talking technician (I couldn't get him to slow down), looked at my garage door and announced that the main spring was wearing out (and that my original installation should have had two main springs rather than one), and that all of the rollers and the main center bearing were shot. Keith then adjusted the travel limits. The actual procedure to correct the problem for which I had contacted Home Advisor took less than five minutes, and the garage door then operated correctly. Keith then wanted to charge me $5 more than the woman who scheduled the service call told me the charge would be, and he gave me an estimate of $340 for what he said I needed: a new main spring (or springs), a new center bearing, and 10 new rollers. All the while, he insisted he was not trying to upsell me. I can get this kind of service from any of the garage door repair companies that regularly send me flyers; I thought that going through Home Advisor would result in something better.
