A Team Garagae Doors technicians came out within a couple of hours of contacting them through HomeAdvisor.com. They were extremely professional and very cordial. The problem was quickly diagnosed and I just needed a new remote that had two frequencies so I could open both doors. I wish I had this done months ago! I would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience working with A Team Garage Doors. Jeremy came out the night we submitted our request to HomeAdvisor. He had the garage doors installed two days before the doors were even supposed to arrive (as they had to be ordered). On the installation day Jeremy and his helper were prompt, quick, and did high quality work. There price wasn't the lowest, but very competitive and included everything but tax upfront; no hidden costs. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The response from the technician was very prompt and thorough, explaining what I should look for to ensure he had everything he might need for the job. It was a flat rate for the replacement door opener so there was no need for an inspection and quote which sped up booking an install date ��� the next day. Jeremy was very accommodating in setting up the time for the install even though he was fully booked and 2 hours away. He arrived as promised and verified everything was good for the install and went right to work chatting with me along the way. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable in his field and just a great person to get to know. I enjoyed the whole experience more than any other project I���ve booked. I called A-Team to fix a broken garage door on a Saturday in Highlands Ranch CO. Job went perfect. Quick response. I couldn't expect any more. No surprises, charged me exactly what he estimated. Original install cancelled due to inclement weather and rescheduled for the next day between 1030 and 1230. Pat and his helper showed up at 1130. Pat was prepared and well organized for the install when he showed up. During the install a neighbor even stopped to offer a complement on the door and requested one of Pat's business cards. During the entire install process Pat was personable and professional. He took great pride in his workmanship and it showed. The door looks great and runs much smoother and quieter. I would and will highly recommend A Team Garage Doors for any new door install or repair.

Customer service was excellent. They did a great job keeping me informed and they were able to come out the same day. We had difficult garage as it had a low overhead complicated by the slope and position of the joists. We weren't able to place the torsion springs in front as is normally done, but technician recommended a rear mounting torsion spring setup. I would definitely recommend them.
