Friends who visit after we've had our cleanings have remarked what a great job they did, and subsequently signed up with 5280 too. I've used other cleaning services before. The other cleaners were slightly cheaper, but didn't do nearly as good a job. So, we're very happy with 5280.

The team wore a uniform which I felt good about because it showed somewhat of professionalism. To me that was a good start. The first initial cleans, I always had a team of three for the 2 hours and 1 person on the team always spoke English. Being we were a regular clean I figured this was an easy clean and I should have the same team each cleaning service. As months went by I found the teams changed and so did the service. I would find out that the team member no longer worked for the company anymore and then I would get sent a team of 2 people for the 2 hours but no one spoke English so it was difficult when I had a change or a question.
As time went on the service started to decline and I contacted the manager Hanna and gave my feedback. Because I had used the service over a year I felt I owed her the chance to fix the issue or should not know why I no longer used her service. Hanna stated she would reduce the bill (which she did) and assured me that the service would be delivered as expected. At this time, I also asked Hanna not to not send the same female cleaner who did the bathrooms to my home again to clean. On my next cleaning service, as promised, my husband and I were both very pleased. We left a message for Hanna informing her we were pleased with the service and thanked her. That said, I scheduled my next cleaning on July 13. All I will say is that the girl that cleaned my bathrooms that I asked not to be sent was back and cleaning my bathrooms (note: it was cleaned worse than the last time) if that?s even possible. After the cleaning was done, I tipped each housekeeper (there were 3) as I always do. I went into the house and was in shock to find that this was the absolute worse cleaning we have ever gotten from this company in almost 2 years of using them.
I tried to complain to let them turn it around but I guess I was not taken seriously because they sent the same girl that I asked to never be sent to my house again. We just had another cleaning service done on July 13 by 3 cleaning ladies. Sometimes we get 2 housekeepers and sometimes 3 but they always get the work done in 2 hours. I have pictures of the amount of dust left on the bed side table next to my husband?s side of the bed. Next time they should think about sending a person when a customer asks not to send them. Lastly, why is it so hard to get it right? Just
keep the same 2 people on the team. Just focus on dusting and cleaning bathrooms. My home is 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom (only 1 with shower/no tub).
Hanna is very nice with passion but I am not sure where the breakdown is. Most (some) of the ladies seem to want to be at work. If you can get rid of the "cancer" like the girl who cleaned my bathrooms who do not want to be there then you all can get back on top again.

They always do a deep clean with great attention to detail. The crew is professional, thorough and fast. The main office is flexible with any last minute changes and works around our schedules. The crew is always friendly, both to us and our two large, shedding dogs. They also take the extra time to deal with the pet hair and other eccentricities of an older house. While they aren't cheap, I do feel their pricing is competitive and I have never felt like I am paying for less than I am getting.
