5280 House Cleaning

5280 is my favorite company! Since my wife and I had a baby, we just do not have the time to deep clean the house the way we like after work. We used 5280 off and on for about a year. Their cleanings are always thorough and above expectations! We recently decided to use them on a scheduled once a month visit. The quality of their work and how hard they work has not diminished at all! Every visit is exceptionally clean, the carpet is always like new after they leave, and the best detective in town wouldn't be able to find any dust in the house. Thank you 5280 and Clean-Team 29 for a great job and for your hard work!

Some parts of the house they cleaned well, and others they didn't touch. Very spotty work. The worst was my husband saw one of the ladies stepping on our bed and pillows to clean above the curtain rod above our bed. Ewwwww!! The ladies were not at all friendly and didn't speak or seem to understand English. It took four of them 4 hours to do a very mediocre job. I would not recommend them nor ever use them again.

We have had 5280 Housecleaning for 7 months now-biweekly. Our team, Teresa and Lourdes, are exceptional! They are professional, ALWAYS on time, very friendly and accommodating to my requests. From the minute they walk into our home, they work hard! Our home is not only extremely clean, but the attention to detail is superb! I never thought someone would do a better job at cleaning my house than me but they do-each and every week. I am so appreciate of their work ethic-they do an excellent job! We have had 5280 House Cleaning, Teresa and her team, since October 2016 and they continue to do a stellar job each and every time. I came home after yesterday's cleaning to find that they had cleaned my refrigerator shelves-just made me smile! Besides the thorough house cleaning, the little details like how they rearrange all the bed pillows and drape the quilt not to mention the towel folding-they exceed my expectations which is not an easy thing to do! Did I mention, they vacuum the furniture each time, too. Teresa and her team work hard from the moment they step in the door to when they leave. We couldn't be happier!

5280's crew is excellent. They are very thorough whether it is the kitchen, bathroom or bedrooms. We tried two other 'name brand' services before we found 5280. We have retained 5280 for over two years now and are always pleased with their work. Their rates are competitive with other service providers, but we have found the quality of service to be superior.

Two ladies worked very hard for 4 hours and did an excellent job. They really scrubbed. No swish-swish-job done. The house was very clean and smelled wonderful when they were done.

The cleaning team at 5280 does an outstanding job. I'm always surprised how clean they get my house. I've also been impressed with the professionalism of their office staff. Friends who visit after we've had our cleanings have remarked what a great job they did, and subsequently signed up with 5280 too. I've used other cleaning services before. The other cleaners were slightly cheaper, but didn't do nearly as good a job. So, we're very happy with 5280.

Continue from comments above.... The team wore a uniform which I felt good about because it showed somewhat of professionalism. To me that was a good start. The first initial cleans, I always had a team of three for the 2 hours and 1 person on the team always spoke English. Being we were a regular clean I figured this was an easy clean and I should have the same team each cleaning service. As months went by I found the teams changed and so did the service. I would find out that the team member no longer worked for the company anymore and then I would get sent a team of 2 people for the 2 hours but no one spoke English so it was difficult when I had a change or a question. As time went on the service started to decline and I contacted the manager Hanna and gave my feedback. Because I had used the service over a year I felt I owed her the chance to fix the issue or should not know why I no longer used her service. Hanna stated she would reduce the bill (which she did) and assured me that the service would be delivered as expected. At this time, I also asked Hanna not to not send the same female cleaner who did the bathrooms to my home again to clean. On my next cleaning service, as promised, my husband and I were both very pleased. We left a message for Hanna informing her we were pleased with the service and thanked her. That said, I scheduled my next cleaning on July 13. All I will say is that the girl that cleaned my bathrooms that I asked not to be sent was back and cleaning my bathrooms (note: it was cleaned worse than the last time) if that?s even possible. After the cleaning was done, I tipped each housekeeper (there were 3) as I always do. I went into the house and was in shock to find that this was the absolute worse cleaning we have ever gotten from this company in almost 2 years of using them. I tried to complain to let them turn it around but I guess I was not taken seriously because they sent the same girl that I asked to never be sent to my house again. We just had another cleaning service done on July 13 by 3 cleaning ladies. Sometimes we get 2 housekeepers and sometimes 3 but they always get the work done in 2 hours. I have pictures of the amount of dust left on the bed side table next to my husband?s side of the bed. Next time they should think about sending a person when a customer asks not to send them. Lastly, why is it so hard to get it right? Just keep the same 2 people on the team. Just focus on dusting and cleaning bathrooms. My home is 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom (only 1 with shower/no tub). Hanna is very nice with passion but I am not sure where the breakdown is. Most (some) of the ladies seem to want to be at work. If you can get rid of the "cancer" like the girl who cleaned my bathrooms who do not want to be there then you all can get back on top again. This company seems very professional and I would trust them to provide services in my home. Unfortunately, their rates do not fit my current budget at this time. Will keep their information on hand for the future.

We have contracted 5280 for just over a year to do a biweekly deep clean of our house. We've worked with several cleaning companies before and 5280 has lasted the longest due to their level of service. They always do a deep clean with great attention to detail. The crew is professional, thorough and fast. The main office is flexible with any last minute changes and works around our schedules. The crew is always friendly, both to us and our two large, shedding dogs. They also take the extra time to deal with the pet hair and other eccentricities of an older house. While they aren't cheap, I do feel their pricing is competitive and I have never felt like I am paying for less than I am getting.

The crew was late. Got lost but didn't call to let me know as opposed to the company I scheduled to clean the carpet. He (carpet cleaner) was running late so he called to let me know. It was a good thing because this crew barely finished before he got there even though he was running late. The crew consisted of two women. Apparently there is a division of duties that is not to be crossed. I only wanted the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned. One full bath and a powder room. The lady doing the baths finished early and asked what else she could do. I told her the frig and she said the other lady was the kitchen person. So the remainder of the time she walked around looking for something to do and I paid for it., To top it off, the lady doing the kitchen didn't finish cleaning the freezer. Also, after I called to give the office my credit card number, they called me back to tell me my transaction wouldn't go through. This should not have happened since I have next to nothing on this card.

They are amazing! The price seemed a bit high at first, but they did such an incredible job that it was worth it. They also give you the option of capping the amount you want to pay and just cleaning specific areas of the house.
