 + -1 moreTJ and Gas Products were excellent from start to finish. This was a big purchase and TJ was forthcoming with all of the products and choices. Honestly, we took forever to decide and he was very patient. Product was delivered on time and installed correctly with his supervision. We absolutely love our Montigo fireplace and use it all the time. Since our purchase, we have emailed TJ about a couple of piddly things (batteries and such, I'm embarrassed to say), and he has been super responsive and helpful. In fact, he is such a pleasure to have in our home, we may invent other issues that warrant a visit. Recommend highly!
