Was referred to them by a customer of mine. What a joke of a business. You are warned. DO NOT BRING AN RV HERE! They did not fix one thing right. I will be filling a BBB claim on them. I brought it in on an appointment and drove by daily. It took them over 2 weeks to get me a quote and I had to go in there to get it. They pulled a slide off to replace the wood underneath and new seals. They had a smaller slide to copy and the work / materials are low grade. I asked them to reseal 3 compartment doors and they used car door sealing material. Doors are hard to close and stick out. They greased up the carpet and I had to shampoo the RV. Finally, I was going on my first trip and filled the water tank, while purging the antifreeze I flooded out the RV. Bastards did not hook up the drain lines. I went there to pick it up the first time. I refused to accept it. They kept it a week and I just wanted it out of there. I will redo all the work myself. And this for toppers, they used over 1/2 tank of gas while it was there and the mechanic urinated in the RV toilet. This place should not be in business.

They did excellent work and very timely. They saved me a lots of money.

I drive older cars. I have used this company's services for about four years. On two occasions, they saved me about $4,000 in comparison to the estimates from another company. On a third occasion, I had transmission problems. I approved a new transmission. Instead they were able to go into the transmission and replaced a part. I think the cost was perhaps a $100. This company is top of the line and I would not take my cars elsewhere.

Clint has worked on my RV slides, ACs, set up my CRV to TOAD, and did the electrics for the TOAD set up. He has also worked on our other cars and always does a great job. Most importantly he is honest , and does not try to up sell you on stuff you don't need. He has replaced brakes and done normal mileage service on my Honda's and Nissan. Nice to not have to go to the dealers or CW for repairs. Usually gets the jobs done on time, but good communication when he runs into problems making the repair take a little longer. Other staff also great phone communication/updates.

They did pack the wheel bearings on the trailer and fixed the electrical on the trailer lights. We asked them to see why our hot water wasn't working on the camper. They said it was probably the gas valve. They said they would order it for us and install it when it came in a couple weeks. We took the camper out camping and two of the hubcaps fell off while traveling. The electrical started doing the same thing it had done before. It wasn't always lighting the trailer brake lights. We called and told them about the hub caps and they said they would take care of it. They ordered the right sized hub caps and put them on. They were still waiting on the gas valve. The hub cap fell off on our way to storage. We let hem know. We waited a few weeks and called about the cap and gas valve. They said they were sorry they hadn't ordered it yet and would get right on it. We waited several more weeks an we called them again about the gas valve. They said they ordered the wrong gas valve and would we get them the model # again so they can reorder. I was tired of calling them instead of them ever calling us to keep us informed. We decided to forget this company and went with another. The other company came out the very next day and fixed the hubcap and the gas valve. I was sorry I gave such a good review to start with. I want to give every company the benefit of the doubt, but I believe they were unprofessional by not ordering a part within a reasonable time and then we always had to call them. It was a two month period before we went with another company.

They fixed everything by 2nd day before noon. They were very professional and easy to work with. I would use this company again. Great job!
