The installation was poor and when I brought up the concerns/problems to the installer, he said he was done and that was it, leaving gaps in the floor and unmatched trim! A few days later one of the owners came to inspect the work, he felt it to be sufficient and requested payment. My husband paid him with the verbal agreement that installer would be back in a day or 2 to make the appropriate repairs, never heard back, it took 60 days for the get the installer to return and fix the damages, but that was after I called my credit card and disputed the charges and portion of the amount paid was revoked, as the job was not done.
For a Co in business for 50 years the costumer service was terrible and a company I would never use again, I feel the product was over priced and the installation was not completed as recommended but the manufacture!!
Overall a terrible experience!

They had a good closeout room so I found some good bargains and got a pretty good deal. They had good variety.

They did a terrible job. This was a small job in our kitchen and entry way. They showed up on time but moved like a snail. They were far too slow. The job could have been done in 4or 5 hours however they kept taking breaks and it took all day for them to finish. The Laminate was not butted together properly and we called them back. They came back with a bad attitude and accused us of using the wrong cleaner on the Laminate. We had purchased the same brand they told us to use. To fix the problem they put hard wood putty in the bad joints of the floor. WARNING! They do poor quality work and try to blame the customer for their mistakes.

They were excellent and explained things in detail. The contractors, who installed the tiles were good and seemed very hardworking. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Store personnel was very helpful and very knowledgable about types of tile and offered information about having the tiles laid in different patterns. The installation was what was so pricey and they did not seal the floor at all. had to hire someone else to seal it! I would probably use them again for buying tile but not sure if I would have them lay it again.

They did an outstanding job. There was no problem. They were really fantastic. They had done flooring before. My husband appreciated their work. The job went smoothly. They were very professional and punctual. The boss came and inspected the job. They cleaned up after themselves. They pulled out the carpet; vacuum cleaned everything and did the grouting. They did whatever I wanted them to do. They moved all the furniture in one area and did the grouting. They were very efficient and nice. It is a store and I don’t know if they are more conscientious about their customer service than a private small company. We had a design made like a step design with a big tile and a small tile. The price was good. We had looked around before and I know it was cheap. The job involved a lot of fine detailed tile cutting for the endings and little stretches. They did a good job. We had used them a few years back for laying a carpet and wooden floor in my kitchen. They don’t do painting.

Excellent. Took 3 days, got right to it, seemed to be very experienced and knowledgeable.
