Ron's RV

I had bought the replacement stairs and called Ron to set time for replacing them. Went to his shop and we had them done in about 1 hour. Very reasonable charge and very nice guy.

Ron did a great job! He said we could call him if we had any additional questions.

I pulled my camper trailer to Colorado Springs for work. I
hadn?t been winterized properly. The hot water tank had cracked and ruptured
and several faucets were ruined as well. It was a disaster. Ron was at my RV
within a couple hours of calling him and he worked very fast to correct all the
problems he could while we waited for a new water heater to arrive. His supplier
wanted to charge a high price for a water heater so he encouraged me to look on
line for the new part, forsaking the small mark-up he makes on parts. His
advice saved me several hundred dollars. Ron and his helpers were super
responsive and very fast. It was very obvious they knew exactly what they were
doing. They were neat and courteous. They were well prepared having all the
tools and little parts and fittings so there were no delays running around looking
for parts. They showed up ready to work. The level of service I experienced was
phenomenal and very reasonably priced as well. Stop looking and call Ron. You
will be glad you did.

They were excellent and it's always nice to have the refrigerator working. They came out and fixed it. One day it appeared to be fixed but when we tested it the next day, it wasn't. It did not stay lit. So we called them and they came back out and reworked on it, and there was no additional charge. So that was the charge to fix it and if it wasn't fixed, they would fix it and so they did that. We've had work done on our RV before and they were great. We don't think it's their fault what happened, but they had to come back out and they made it right. They were quite responsive and they came quickly. They are a little rough around the edges, but that's okay. They get the work done. We might hear them swear or something, but that is the way it goes.

Great. Two people showed up. They met me in the parking lot at my work. They were very friendly, figured out where the leak was coming from (everywhere), tightened all of the connections. I camped all summer and never had another problem.

Never was able to repair it

He was on time and responded quickly on a HOLIDAY. Saved our vacation! Explained what he did and showed us the bad part.
We would call him again for service.

I called Ron's RV to look at why my hot water wasn't working on my Coleman travel trailer. We were also missing a hub cap. They ret5urned my call the very same day and told me they would go to the storage area where my trailer was stored and fix it there. They went the next day and fixed everything. We were so happy. We took it camping a few weeks later and the problem was fixed.

We had been following the use a 75 watt lightbulb in the water tank/water pump area of our motorhome. Until this winter no issues. But a multi-week cold snap with a week at single digit and below zero temps froze up the pump. it tried to work.
we called Ron's New Year's Eve day. (Had my daughter's wedding that night). Relayed all the info on the pump, water lines and asked about getting a vari-speed one like we had (5 years old).
They couldn't get a vari-speed pump but a regular one w/ new technology was in stock. We set Jan 2 as the repair day.
He picked up the pump from Kand C, brought it out to USAFA. I met him at the gate and drive him onto USAFA and FAMCAMP.
I worked on fixing a few other things while he completed replacing the pump and checking out the system.
we added another filter inline (lots of sand in water lines of late).
He also recommended we have small heater (desktop size). I bought a small one and put into the enclosed area and no problems since.
For holiday time and everyone being closed.
Ron's was very helpful and prices were great.

When switching out light fixtures, I ran across wiring that I didn't feel was quite to code. Called Ron's RV and he sent out his electrician. He fixed the bedroom lighting fixture issue and installed both the new sconces on the bedroom walls, installed the new light in the ceiling, pulled out an old exhaust fan cover from the bathroom (no one could figure out how to get down). He also developed a work around which allowed the decorative track lighting to run the length of the hall as opposed to the width. I couldn't have been more pleased. It is this type of service that keeps me coming back to Ron's Mobile RV.
