I called after hours and I had someone here within 1 hour. The drain was unclogged and we were back to normal within 10 minutes of his arrival.

Professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, and all around great service. He cleared roots that had grown into the main sewer line. He showed us pictures and camera view while getting the job done. Mark did an excellent job clearing it and ensuring the issue was fixed. Reasonable price too, definitely will use his service again when needed. Highly recommend!

Mark was able to come clear our clogged toilet and was very thorough. He ran several tests to make sure the problem was resolved and gave us hints to be sure it didn’t happen again. We asked lots of questions and he explained everything he was doing and why it was needed. He stuck to his quote and left the bathroom clean.

Mark is extremely professional and I'm so pleased he was able to take care of the roots in the pipes. This is the second time I've used this company. I will continue to get yearly maintenance from now on.

*****AVOID PRO POWER ROOTER***** I apologize for the lengthy review, however I want to warn people of this company. I have never been treated as poorly as I have by the owner of Pro Power Rooter. I scheduled a service call with Mark the owner to install two faucets in my brand new vanity. He installed and left, during the install his language was beyond unprofessional, I am military and am used to swearing however the entire install he was cussing, calling my stuff cheap and horrible quality. I had to call him back and have him return as the drain was leaking and the cold water intake hose on my right sink was leaking. After numerous text messages back and forth he finally agreed to return. He never provided a receipt or invoice for the work being conducted "his words when paying cash he does not" however I told him that is fine I would like a receipt so I will take a refund and pay with my card. He still refused to give a refund and provide a receipt of service and invoice. He fixed "quote, quote" my sink by utilizing rescue self adhesive tape, I am sorry a professional plumber should never utilize the "duct tape" approach to fixing anything. Fast forward two days: I started to put my stuff under the sink and noticed a massive amount of water as the cold water intake hose that he had connected was not tightened and was slow leaking which damaged my bathroom vanity. When I reached out to Mark expressing my displeasure with this I was called a liar, a fraud, and numerous other things. He stated that I should get over my self as my new vanity was not an antique, was cheap garbage and he is now blocking me and never going to provide any restitution for the damages his lack of tightening the hose caused to my vanity. He followed on to state that he knows times are tough during this corona virus pandemic but I am a low life for trying to fraud his company, and I should figure out other ways to pay my bills. I have no reason as to why I would damage a brand new $1000+ bathroom vanity to get $300 back however this was his stance. He is incredibly unprofessional, does not honor his 90day guarantee and his service is beyond subpar. I know his prices are not terrible however I will say in the instance of customer service, quality, and professionalism I should have stuck with Powers Plumbing they are much more professional honor and take pride in their services, do not utilize unprofessional language and treat their customers with respect. If I could I would not give Pro Power Rooter a star they do not deserve the rating this company is not a professional company and their services are not worth a penny. DO NOT UTILIZE PRO POWER ROOTER FOR ANY OF YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS he is more worried about receiving cash and google ratings as he said he should have charged me to return and fix his lack of quality install same night and he repeatedly asked me to log into google to post a review.

My sewer backed up after doing a large load of laundry. It was Friday night, of course, so I went on Angies List and found Mark. He told me when he could be here and even kept in touch by text. He arrived when he said he would and went to work on my line. He dug out a lot of tree roots and sent a camera down to see if there were other problems with my line. I have been in this house for 30 yrs and have had multiple times with this happening. I will now be proactive and put Mark on my calendar to do a yearly clean out.

I called Mark at 9:05 PM and he and his son came out promptly. He removed a toilet, snaked the sewer line out to the street, cleared the clog, scoped the line to verify that we did not have a problem with roots, left no mess and rescued our holiday. Mark and his son were careful, courteous and professional. Considering that it was late on New Years Eve the cost was fair and I was grateful to find someone willing to sacrifice their holiday to rescue mine.

Mark was great to work with. I live out of state and needed some work done at my rental property so I called up Mark. He replaced a toilet and unclogged my main home sewer drain, which was almost completely clogged with roots. The cost for the job was great and I would recommend Mark for any plumbing needs.

I called Pro Power Rooter at 3:30 pm and Mark, the owner, showed up promptly at 5:30, the exact time that he had promised. He quickly got to the 'root' of the problem, left no mess, was courteous and friendly, gave advice to avoid future problems, did not try to upsell unnecessary services, and gave a 30-day guarantee. I would definitely recommend him and will use his company again if needed.

Mark had to come back about two weeks later and re-clean the line as the roots had consolidated again. He gave us a great price on the second cleanout and provided guidance for ongoing maintenance of the line.
