Some of the work was good quality and some was bad. It took them a month and a half to do something that could have been done in a week or a week and a half. They fixed a leak on the toilet but it caused three other leaks that were not there before. So now I've got to take it back to someone else that will work on the toilet. The term that put on was not properly sealed and part of it was bent.

When I arrived in Colorado Springs, he sent someone out to my hotel to pick me up. I liked the RV, but because it was being sold "as is" I took it to a local mechanic to have it checked out. When I came back with a list if needed repairs, he willingly deducted the cost of the repairs from the asking price. I bought the rig and had it repaired. During the repair, it was discovered that several of the wheel bolts that held the wheels on the RV were defective and had to be replaced. I was a bit disappointed that the dealer had not noticed that one of the bolts was missing before selling it, and another broke off when checking to see if it was tight. Other than that, I was delighted with the purchase and Marlin was courteous and helpful. I drove the RV back to Phoenix without incident. I am very pleased with my purchase, and highly recommend this dealership.

Not good. The job on the AC, well it didn't work properly only 1 speed and it is low air flow. They. Have had this fifth wheel for 8 weeks. We made this appointment last September. We took it in May 1. We Checked the wheeler before we left for home , 50 miles one way. The toilet was full of adhesive on the lid. Small rocks and dirt on floor that was clean when dropped off . Heater not worked on but they had a " diognostic charge" 0f $42 .they removed fee after discussion. We were advised to have lunch so they could look into it , went to lunch at 11:10 so they could check the AC. We are now sitting in 90 degree heat @1 :45 and still not looked at !!!! I talked to the manager and she finally got someone to look at it at 2:10. It is said they don't know why it has little air flow but everything is ok. Really ????? Both times they have serviced our rig they make things worse overall. Never will we use them. Terrible service and work.

After the deal had been made, loan arranged, and down payment accepted, we brought in the Minnie Winnie to complete the trade in. It was basically in better shape than when it was sold to us in 2009. They refused to take it in trade, stating it had been "in an accident" resulting in damage to the front top, was leaking, and would require major repairs before they could sell it. When I told them the deficiencies they were pointing out - that would apparently keep them from selling the RV - were all present when they sold it to us in 2009, they blamed this on an unscrupuous sales agent and other staff that were no longer with the company. They also stated the "service manager" we were told owned the RV before us had never owned an RV. Don't fall for this story. We feel very violated and taken, and don't believe the owners of Pikes Peak Travaland stand behind their sales. We will not do business with this company again.

Experience was very thorough, they helped me make my choice on a travel trailer. I am now confident on my decision of which trailer I will own.

!st problem, once filled with water, leaked from water to refrigirator, locks on storage compartments did not function properly could not secure property. They replace the leaking valve and the three malfunctioning locks. (although they told us that all of the locks would eventually have to be replace, and the plumbing connections were poor and needed to be upgraded. The refrigerator was not secured, rolling out causing damage to other parts of the coach, and lost food. Numerous attempts to correct the problem causing lost time and two extra trips to drop off to be fixed. Consulted a engineer and bracketed the refrigerator never to be move(or removed). I have ten other issues and dates. That at this time is not as important as my overall impression. I will not return although I have another year of warranty on this new product. I will either drive to Denver, or pay for another Rv Service/repair to correct future problems.

At this time, they are very busy, but also very thorough. They have solved issues without having to replace an entire item, like a water heater repair I had. They are great trouble-shooters. They are very competitive priced, even less than others I checked out. They also came highly recommended by the Colorado RV & Camping Club.
