There was some confusion on my part about the deal I purchased. It ended up costing more than I planned to spend. Service was good.

Patrick did a great job in a minimal time. He was very professional and personable. I have recommended Patrick to friends and will call him again.

I had to bring the computer to his shop, which I did. He fixed it and gave me some advice about malware (I bought a program from him). I picked the computer up two hours later. Very fast and courteous, but can't get my computer to talk to the printer yet. Will work on it this week myself.

The tech was on time we talked about what I needed and he went to work on fixing my problem after the work was completed he explained what he did and why.

They contacted me like they were supposed to according to the coupon. I returned their call to set up an appointment. They did not have a technician that would be able to come at this time. He is hiring a new assistant and wanted me to come in. He said he would help me carry it up the stairs but I don't have any transportation to get there. It was partly my fault and partly his, we were not a good match.

They were very prompt. Phillip answered all my questions, worked efficiently and in a timely manner. He only took 1.5 hrs. and did some research for me about replacing my laptop keyboard too.

The technician completed the work as promised and did so for a competitive price.

My experience with Patrick has been wonderful.

The work turned out alright. It was not great, but it was alright. They came out right away. They came out the day I purchased the big deal. I just paid what the big deal was. He asked for more, but I told him that I was not going to pay more because the big deal was for them to come out and that was the arrangement. He said that it was for diagnosis or something, but I just said I was not paying more. He said okay and did not charge me more. I do not know that I would refer them to someone else. I did not think it was that top-notch. He did his job nothing more. My computer is a used computer anyway. It is three-years old, and it was running slowly. Basically, he said he did everything he could, but that the computer would need to be changed out because something on the mother board was old. He said that I could not get it much faster than this until I was probably going to change-out my computer soon. He was telling me about the sale that they have on their new computers. They were going to get more products in, and that I should check-out their new computers. I would probably check-out their new computers in the next couple of months, but I am not just ready to buy one right this moment. It was okay, but I have to say too that my computer was older. The man was young. I though he was younger than what I expected. I think it was somebody that worked for Patrick. There was nothing really wrong, it just was not outstanding. I got the deal, so, I thought the price was fair.

My roommate fried my computer and had to install windows again. He was fast and saved all my old pic an docs and I was happy with everything

He was very patient. He was there for more than the hour to figure out the issue. He didnt charge more. He was very pleasant. Patrick, the owner, is alos very helpful.

Patrick and Phil are awesome. I have had them out several times, and they have done the work under schedule time, and great cost. I can call them on the phone and they will answer my questions for me. Love this company for computer repair, tablets, smartphone, printers. Pat Steiger

They were outstanding. I had some more work on it then I thought. They gave me a really big discount on the one and then charged me the same amount for the other computer. They came to the house, picked them up, repaired them, brought them back, installed everything and even got my printer working.

The young man showed up on time and took care of our computers on a timely basis.

The day after I purchased Patrick's Computer Services off of Angies List Pat called me to set up a service date. He was very professional and was eager to come out. The nice thing was that he did do services on Sat so on Sat, 18 May Phil from Patrick's was out and on time, He was a very clean professioanl young man that knew what he was doing. He spent an hour and the half in the house and cleaned three computers and my wife just loves him not only for his professionalism but because of his personality, she said that we now know who to call if we have any computer problems and that is a fact. Thanks Pat and Phil.

Good, no problems since then.

He came and did the job this morning, and left after about an hour and a half. He never even did the cleaning aspect of the Big Deal. My computer still doesn't work how it should, despite them telling me they promised that they would fix it. I asked him to do one main thing, and he wouldn't even do that. I contacted them after they left, and both he, and the owner refused to do anything, or refund my money. They did offer to come back, but it didn't fit my schedule. I don't have time to waste my afternoon with this. The owner had no clue of what was involved with the Big Deal.

Get real--I don't work for you

I was very pleased with the results!

They were courteous, prompt and on time (getting back to me and getting here). We thought maybe something needed to be done to speed them up, but after they left, it was still slow and my cursor was freezing. Everything was the same. Neither my husband’s computer nor mine was any faster. They were very nice and came back out to try and repair it again. In all fairness, they did say my computer had poor programming (Vista- which may be the problem for my computer alone) that could only be removed with the replacement of parts for my computer. We asked them to contact us about laptops after this meeting, but they never did. It really felt like a waste of money, and even though they were nice and courteous, we didn’t have the most successful experience.

He asked the man who came out to do something on the computer that he did not end up doing but still said he did it (add/remove certain programs).

They did a good job on the laptop but they did not diagnose the desktop correctly; so it was a wasted $80. They are pretty good at malware and some software problems but when you get into the software/hardware realm they are not very good.

Outside of being late due to another appointment running late, the person sent was friendly and diligent about the job. Also, provided additional information on tune up programs.

They did not fix the problem and it came back later on.

I went to the address and found it was on the 2nd floor with a steep flight of stairs. I am handicapped and have a hard but not impossible time climbing stairs. When I made he appointment he did not indicate that there were stairs. I arrived at his office, the door was open but no one was there. He arrives about 5 minutes later and apologized. It would have been nice if he had left a note on the door saying "back in 5 min." The only reason I stayed was because the room had his computer equipment out in plain sight so I assumed he would return sometime.He seemed tentative when we discussed what he was supposed to do. I picked up the computer when he finished. He said he had cleaned up and deleted files that were slowing the computer down and successfully reinstalled the norton security. When I got the computer home I found that he really had reinstalled the norton security. Other than that nothing seemed to have been fixed or changed.He had not fixed some of the other problems we had discussed such as opening to a home screen when turned on instead of going straight to my email without my having to ask the computer to open it. He probably did delete some temporary files but I could have done that myself. The computer was not any faster etc.
