 + -1 moreHe is just absolutely wonderful. He was a property manager for friends of ours, who were renting, and they highly recommended him. He is good about fixing things quickly, and he is up-front about what you need to do to list your house. He gives realistic prices and does a lot of research.

 + -1 moreOverall she was the absolutely best real estate agent we have ever had! She was so helpful, upbeat, and knowledgeable about the areas and homes within our price range. Prior to us closing and since we still lived out of town, she took the time to attend our home inspection and met with the fence installers to insure we had a perfect quote as well as installation of our fence. She made sure every detail and necessary paperwork was provided to us as outlined in our contracts and even had a great recommendation for a wonderful lendor too.
Description of Work: We were moving from Indiana to Colorado Springs. Stephanie assisted us in finding our perfect home. She took the time to call, get information about what we wanted and needed, the areas were were considering and forwarded us possible homes to view. When we narrowed our home list down, she previewed homes prior to us coming out to view them since we had limited time to see homes during our house hunting trip. Once we found our home, she helped us put in our bid and we got it!
