This is our second install of Liberty Home Products by Jason and Nick and, as always, they did a superb job! We have a remote 16' W x 10' L awning with automatic wind closure that was originally installed in 2017, along with window well covers with chain locks. This year, we had the house painted and wanted new Sunbrella fabric; color and style. We could not be more pleased with our marine-grade choice. And, Liberty made take down, storage in our garage and re-install so easy. I love this company. They are not only organized, but always dependable and friendly with quality workmanship. Thanks again! Quite satisfactorily. Came out to estimate, measure, and perform work. Work and material seems to be good.

It was expensive but it was cheaper than the other people I called. They were competitive. It took a long time.

Too much money. while their quality looks sturdy and of high quality, other folks have purchased but have had some problems.

Evan was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable on the products. He was also very helpful with experience for the well and covers that are out there and available for the dilemma I was having with what to order for our small children to be able to lift and get out in an emergency. He was very clear on what was required and was able to answer all my questions about his product and how it would work in my window wells specifically. He was not a hard seller and di not push for a decision that instant. I was able to take my quote home to make a decision in time.

Liberty's doors cost more than regular storm doors, but are well worth the value. Each door is created on an individual basis, based on the look and feel desired by the customer. The doors are heavy duty but very attractive. The interchangeable glass/screens make them a true asset during both warm and cold months. Every part of the process was extremely professional, from customer service to sales and the installation. We have purchased three doors so far and would buy additional doors if needed.

The installer was on time and it went great. I was not aware that they would need access to the inside of the house to attach the locking chain, and the previous owner had part of the window boarded up. Scott showed me how to attach the chain and lock and later that day, my son removed the boards and attached the chain to the lock. Was very easy to do. I feel more comfortable that the basement window is secure.

They were very professional and prompt. I first called to inquire about window well covers and they were very informative, even quoting me a price over the phone based on my own measurements. I had them come out to do an estimate 2 very large window wells that needed covering (per my insurance company). The person who came to do the estimate measured and found the size to be a little smaller than what I had guessed, therefore the price was less - cool. He also brought samples of the finishes they could do so I was able to choose the finish at that point. I paid 50% up front at this time. A week or so later, they sent someone to do the exact measurements and he actually got inside the window well and traced the outline so they would be able to make a perfect fit. About 2 weeks after that, they came and installed the covers and they look great. At this time I paid the remaining 50%. I would use them again and would recommend to anyone needing window well covers.

They did excellent work. In fact after they installed the awning the motor was not as perfect as it could be and they replaced it no questions asked within 3 days. I highly recommend them.
