Use extreme caution if you book these folks at Just Like New Construction.Their customer service, and attention to detail are subpar at best. Maybe they just took advantage of us as young new homeowners. You get what you pay for and with them it’s not worth it. No matter what you think you are “saving” We had issue after issue. They will leave you with incomplete closets like they aren’t even closets more like small empty rooms, install a damaged bar top without even telling you it was damaged (they were the ones who opened it out of the packaging) they will build your bathroom but won’t hang the mirror in it or install a shower door without a last minute up charge they never mentioned prior.. Your surround sound you paid to have installed won’t work with your TV’s. if you pay more for them to build you built in shelves behind the bar they made you… they will forget and put floating shelves in that feel as if they will fall out of the wall from day one while still charging you for the built in shelves you did not receive. They will tell you the tile you bought isn’t right even though they never specified what tile you had to use. They will say it’s in the contract. Then you will prove to them no, it’s not in there they still won’t install that tile, make you return it and go buy different tile even though that was all due their lack of attention to detail and communication. They have no care for the customer at all. Or maybe once again they take advantage of younger homeowners.. Then you will bring these things to their attention and you will get crickets in return. (I have the messages, yes plural with no reply if anyone would like proof) Nothing. Once again they do not value their customers satisfaction at all. Use extreme caution with them. Referrals are earned, and I would refer anyone looking for a home remodel/ finish a basement as we did to have it done elsewhere. Even if the cost seems to be higher. This is being posted simply to give any potential customers an honest reasonable expectation of what you will get and more importantly what you will NOT receive from them as this is still a big purchase for a lot of us. Very very disappointing experience throughout. Shop around!!!
