Wes and his uncle came out within the appt window/arrival time. Wes even called to confirm they were on their way. 
Wes walked thru the house to check out rooms and work to be done before hand.  His uncle came in soon after he'd arrived and brought him up to date on what and how they were going to start.  They took their time and the carpets look great thus far, as it's only be not even 24hrs since they started.  Carpets were stretched and trimmed as needed, seams adjusted as needed.  Wes pointed out an area where the original carpet layers had goofed on the placement of the tack strip, but made it work out.  The two worked as a team on the bigger rooms downstairs when it came to stretching.  When I noticed a spot that I didn't like, Wes quickly responded and fixed that.  His uncle followed after the basement area had been stretched and started cleaning behind him.  He took the time to pre-treat as needed, even twice in one area. 
Hardest part of this service was moving almost all of the furniture out of the rooms, so that they could be stretched properly.  Only left the 4poster bed-frames in place which they moved as needed.  Now comes the fun part of putting everything back. lol
If all continues to go as expected I would use them again. 
They were higher than bidding out the jobs separately, but with them, I was able to get everything done in one day instead of a few days, so that was worth the extra $.  Thanks Chris for your help with scheduling the work and pricing as best as you could...

They did a good job.

They were extremely expensive. They were an hour late which was frustrating. They charged me more which was ridiculous.

It turned out fabulous.

We purchased the $150 worth of cleaning for $75. The work was performed by Wes of Diamond A. He did a great job of cleaning the carpets and stairs. All stains were removed and the carpets really look good today. Wes was prompt, courteous and very thorough. We are very pleased with the job by Diamond A carpet cleaning service.

They are a locally owned, family run company. They were able to come out within a week after purchasing the deal. The founding owner completed the work himself as the usual family members who do the work were very busy. We are currently living in Fort Collins and are only in Colorado Springs once every couple of weeks. They were reliable and arrived on time to the appointment. He completed the work in about two hours and did a great job. There were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. My experience with them was excellent! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate them a 12!

Wes was prompt, extremely professional, and the cleaning job was top-notch.  I purchased the $99 carpet cleaning deal through Angie's List, when Wes arrived I showed him the areas I wanted cleaned, including stairs and a couple of rugs.  Wes measured the rooms and was able to clean everything I needed within the 1,100 sq ft, even though it was a bit over that amount.  Wes also quoted me for the stairs which was an additional $54.  Wes worked hard and my carpets look like the day we moved in. 

It was excellent.

Owner is very thorough.  Prices are a little more expensive than other companies but does a very good job.  Uses truck mount system which does a very good job of removing water.

A family owned company and they did wonderful job cleaning my carpet.  If chemicals are used on a StainMaster carpet, it nulls the Lifetime Warranty.  Diamond A was the ONLY company I could find who would not use chemicals.  I was very pleased.

They still do a great job and we continue to use them!

They cleaned the carpet and completely cleaned the house two years ago when I bought it. I bought the house and had to have the carpet completely pre-cleaned. They removed the stains and pet stains. They did a terrific job. I used them two years ago and have had them since then for wear and tear. I have recommended them to the other people and everybody has been very happy with them. It is a very small family run business which consists of a father, son and wife. I don't have any complaints.
