+ 0 moreWe had him work for us and we had the most horrific experience. He started out fine, but he had hardly any equipment so he made us pay in advance. He was buying equipment with our money, including a power washer he took when he left. I told him over the phone that he needed to return it to us. He eventually texted us, and brought it back a week or so later. We had to return the equipment that was left in the garage to the store for credit. We had to fire him because he came to us dealing with personal issues. When we brought in another contractor, his estimate was significantly less than Derek's, largely because he told us we did not need to demolish the garage, it would serve as an outbuilding.
Description of Work: We needed to remodel our bathroom preparing to sell the house, among other tasks. Derek advised we would need to demolish and rebuild the garage to meet code.

+ -1 moreVery reasonably priced and available at a moments notice. Including new and renewed construction...he is The Fixer. Scheduling with Derek was always prompt and every single thing was completed...Top notch.
Description of Work: A new cedar railing, pre-install wiring/outlets ready for inspections, repair sewage pipe, washer repair as well as pilot lights on both hot water heater and furnace. Derek has taken care of several of items around the house, as well.
