I feel that my experience with Castle Clean was positive. When they arrived, we walked through the house and I explained what I wanted done. There were 3 women who came, including the owner. They were very professional and polite. They never said, "We don't do that", they just listened and asked questions about specifics. Be sure to explain EVERYTHING you want done, because some things may not be included in a routine cleaning, such as ovens, refrigerators ect. The women took 3 hours to clean my 1500 sq ft home, and did a great job. I have hired different services to clean my houses in the past, maybe 5 or 6 times, but Castle Clean was the best so far. They did everything I asked without cutting corners. In the past, I have had services "forget" to vacuum some rooms, or only clean bathroom mirrors up as high as they could reach standing on the floor. Other services I have noticed do the bare minimum for the same price.

They had to change dates because of a snow storm that hit, but they did get here on time when we rescheduled. That was fine with me. Three individuals came to work and were here 3 1/2 hours. The owner of the company was one of them. The two individuals who work for the company were very pleasant, but, I think, thought this was just a normal house cleaning. I did not see any of the woodwork get dusted (spring cleaning type of cleaning). The owner would come in and instruct them to do more and would tell them what to do. I was really glad she was here. When they left, the house smelled and looked wonderful; and I felt like a normal person (with a broken leg) for the first time in two months.

Lee and her team are the most professional housecleaning service I've ever had the pleasure to do business with...and the surprises they left were totally unexpected! My cabinets looked so good that several friends even thought I had replaced them! I would definitely use Castle Clean in the future.

They were very reasonable in the price, but the crew showed up at different times throughout the day. Despite the fact that they had to clean the whole house from top to bottom and they did this while I was moving in, the cleaning was good, except that they missed my entrance light, cabinent in the kitchen, pantry and cabinents in bathrooms, I ended up using my product to get certain stains out of my banister During the day I recieved a phone call that one of the cleaners had broken my shower door. They informed me that it would be replaced that day because the owners husband would go and get a replacement. They worked till about 730pm, but my shower door never got replaced nor did the owners husband attemt to find one that day. This to me is poor customer service and being lied to. Therefore, I attempted to call on several occasions regarding my shower door, and returning phone calls in a timely manner is not high on there list. When contact was made it was always an excuse. I attemted to make it easier on them by finding the shower door, but that took forever to get it ordered and installed. When it finally arrived it was the wrong hight due to mine being custom shower doors. Therefore, not only did they take the new shower doors, but they took my other one that wasent broken because they said they were going to get a glass person to cut them one and it would be installed on Friday or Monday. Both days came and went and so did the unanswered phone except when they finally returned a call on Sat with no news about the door. We are still calling everyday and the calls go answered and I am left with not only a broken shower door but one they took for comparision and having to do the work myself. So if you are looking for a company that does an Ok cleaning job, broken shower door that dosent get replaced, unanswered phone calls, and poor customer service then this is the company for you.

The service was very good. I would use them again. The owner was involved in the quality of the service- satisfied.

Very punctual and very capable worker. Work was done in a very timely and exceptional manner. Everything was completed in an expert and timely manner. The experience from beginning to end was very pleasant. And the goodies were really good too! Thank you for everything.

I have used them for over a year now and I am still very pleased. They always go above and beyond and always give that special touch. They do a special fold on the tissue, leave candies, special coffees, etc. The house always looks wonderful.

This company used two people to clean. The workers worked very steady and did a great job in cleaning my house. The owner of the business did call back after the workers left to make sure we were satisfied with the job.

Lee came over and we went over what I wanted done. She gave me the price. They came back on the designated day and I was able to leave and run my errands. After a couple of hours I returned to my spic and span home. I won't spoil it for anyone else, but Lee left us some cute surprises. The best thing was waking up the next day without the stress of how I was going to fit cleaning my house in my busy and demanding schedule.

Lee (and her crew) do a fabulous job! I was amazed that for the price on the deep clean ($275.00) we got our house totally spic-and-span. I am very impressed with the ongoing quality of the work, how speedy they are, and how conscientious they are. I would recommend them to anyone. Their affordable service has been such a great help to us. And they are such a pleasure to have here! I've had a couple of maid service people in the past and Lee outshines them all!

Lee showed up on time and worked until the job was done. Her estimate for both time and money were right on. It was worth every penny!!

Lee and her husband arrived on time for the walk-through/estimate visit. She went through each room with me, asking questions about my cleaning preferences and made notes. She provided me with an estimate on the spot and was able to schedule me for the next week. When cleaning day came, Lee arrived on time and got right to work. It was a day off work for me, so I was home for most of the time she was cleaning. She is VERY professional, brought her own supplies, asked questions when necessary. I have a large home and it took her the full eight hours quoted to complete her cleaning. I am VERY satisfied with the results.

Lee is an extremely professional woman. She dresses neatly and is very well spoken. She bid the job in person giving great detail to my personal needs and desires. She walked through the entire house with me noting every detail and service I wanted. She arrived promptly and worked non-stop from start to finish. The initial clean was 7 hours. She did not stop to gossip or interrupt me. She was very careful to get all the details of the cleaning at the initial bid. She does not smoke which is very important to me. Her work is methodical, organized and she is extremely detail oriented. Her equipment is modern and she uses professional supplies. Subsequent cleans have been thorough, detailed and very professional. Her experience as a maid in famous and notable professional clients homes in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area makes her an incredibly detail oriented and thorough maid. I love her and can't imagine not having her. She has made life so easy for me.
