Great as always. I've done business with this shop for 15 years when I've needed body work. They have always delivered quality body and mechanical work on time and at a good price. My two recent collisions were paid for by other peoples insurance and Black and White worked well with both USAA and Geico insurance to get everything fixed right the first time. Obviously I'm a big fan of these guys. Last year I brought back my 97 Explorer that they had fixed some damage on years ago. I couldn't find the receipt but they redid the bad spot for free and fixed some rust around the roof rack that is common to Explorers (that was not their fault) for free . I have nothing but praise for the front office staff and technicians. I should mention they worked with me on the old Explorer to find local junk yard parts to to save me out of pocket money on an old car.

The staff was efficient and friendly, the work was done well and promptly. We didn't have any complaints at all. We would definitely use Band W again.

I originally received an estimate from Band W in August for rear quarter panel damage along a contour line, as well as a front bumper cap. The estimate was $200 more than my insurance adjuster provided, but I decided to use Band W anyway. The gentleman who did the estimate (I can't recall his name) was extremely professional and explained every part and procedure in great detail. I originally scheduled the repairs for the end of October, but was delayed, and Band W told me no problem, to let them know when I was ready. I dropped the vehicle off on 12/6, and was told it would be ready on 12/13. I received a call on 12/10 notifying me that it was ready. I was skeptical that the rear quarter panel damage could be properly repaired without replacing the panel, but to my utter amazement, and satisfaction, you can't even tell there was any damage...let me emphasize how difficult the contour would be to hammer out, but the artisans at Band W did it. The paint is a black metallic also, fairly difficult to apply without differentiation, but it looks absolutely brand new. I've had body work done in the past where overspray was evident, and where things just didn't look right, (not at Black and White) and I have to say that the work they did, the manner in which they did it, the professionalism of the staff, and the timeliness of the service was beyond reproach and far exceeded any auto body service I've ever had in the past. Consider me a lifetime customer now.

The front drivers side door latch failed in the closed position. No fun crawling over the console and passenger seat to get in and out of the car. I bought the replacement part and attempted to replace it myself. Couldn't master the hand and wrist gymnastics needed on the interior of the door to extract and replace the unit. Called Black and white for an estimate. They said it would likely take 90 minutes of labor charges and were happy to use the part I had already purchased. Appt was scheduled for the following day. The staff was very attentive, the repair was done on time, the door opens and they charged me exactly what they said they were going to charge me.

We recently had a dent about the size of a dollar bill on the rear quarter panel of our Subaru. After getting quotes from several other recommended body shops we went with Black and White Auto Paint. We based our decision on the recommendation of the local subaru dealership and Black and White's competitive proposal price. They worked really well with the insurance company. They knew the insurance companies requirements and took care of everything. Their price was the most competitive of the three people we had price the repairs. The results were pretty amazing. I didn't think they could make it look original, but they really did. I can barely tell that anything was done to the car at all - and I'm pretty picky. I can usually see very small imperfections in work like this. The Black and White reps who we worked with were great. They communicated things clearly, managed our expectations, delivered on time, and were professional the whole time. Highly recommend.
