The company was very responsive, I was able to schedule within a week. The tech that came out, called to confirm the appointment about 30 minutes out. He showed up on time. He performed the job quickly and efficiently, also explaining me what he was doing, what he found during the inspection and recommended courses of actions. He gave me 4 different options for four different budgets. He was not pressuring me either way but rather explained the pros and cons of each one. After he left I had quite a bit of cleaning up to do, hence the B rating. Had he cleaned up the bathroom after the job was done, I would have given an A.

Individual came checked my toilets and made recommendation When I say I wouldn't use this service again it's because I use another plumber. I took advantage of the special this company was offering.

It was great. They were very informative, kind, and professional. I was totally pleased and would use them again. He detected another problem and I appreciated that he told me about the problem.

I did not hear from them until 4/21/14 @ such time I had to contact another source due to more plumbing requirement. the new plumber fixed both my situations and did so within 1 hour. Not 3 days after requesting help and payment given to Angie's List before services were done or appointment for such service. no services by this company was done for me.

I'm not remembering his name now but what he was supposed to do was "tune up" my toilet which was making a kind of screeching noise and hadn't been looked at for ten years! Along with that he was supposed to check all my plumbing. While this was a fairly obvious effort to get more business - I didn't mind, as I would rather get ahead of the piping problems than be surprised....but he didn't seem to know why he was there. Of course, the toilet didn't make a PEEP when he was there so he couldn't diagnose anything. But he did change out a part (additional cost $40) and some short plastic plumbing lines to the toilet. Which seems to have solved the screeching problem! But he didn't "check the plumbing" anywhere else. I would have felt better if he hadn't charged for the extra piece and he had checked the other plumping. He was a nice guy and willing - the office just hadn't told him what he was there for or that this was a "Special deal". And because it was a failure of the office and the employee, I won't be using them again.

Watch the fine print on your coupons. The tech showed up at 4:30 for a 2-4 window. We talked about the issue and he determined that it was something the coupon wouldn't cover. The only time the coupon works is apparently if you have an actual sewer backup, but not if the problem is with a drain inside the house. So. He snaked the toilet for us which helped, so I wasn't totally annoyed, but it just seemed a little shady.

Very well. They were very timely (even early) and thorough. He checked our basement to make sure after he plunged that there was no water coming back up the drains down there. He gave us instructions on how to avoid something like this from happening again as well.

My appointment was scheduled to occur between the hours of 12:00 and 2:00 on April 3rd. I had a call from the technician about 11:00 indicating he had finished a previous job early and asked if he could come on to my home for the scheduled appointment a little early. I readily agreed and about 15 minutes later the young man arrived. (I'm sorry I can't remember his name.) He introduced himself and then went right to work. I explained my concerns about the toilet I showed him and, with a new part and some adjustments, the problems were resolved. I asked if he could look at another toilet located in a bathroom in my basement. He was very willing to do that for me. It was a pretty old toilet and used more water than the newer ones do so the technician made an adjustment to cut down on the amount of water it would use but made sure it would still flush adequately. I then asked questions about possible cost to replace the older toilet and also about the possible replacement of a free-standing shower that is located in the same bathroom. The technician took the time to get a book of price lists from his truck and gave me some tentative pricing. I was very impressed with the young man who represented Around the Clock Plumbing. He was patient as well as knowledgeable and made me feel like my questions were important. I sure got my money's worth and will definitely use this company again. .

Worker arrived 15 minutes early which was fine with us. Proceeded to remove old toilet and discovered complications. The flange was broken and concrete was fragile. He worried removing and replacing flange would cause expensive damage. I approved his proceeding with the job. Carefully and meticulously he completed the work without causing damage. I was impressed and appreciatve. The additional costs were explained and reasonable and approved by me. He was a very pleasant fellow.

The young men were right on time, were professional and polite, as well as knowledgeable. I had a problem with one of my toilets for some time now. I anticipated that it needed a part which was outside of the services included in the toilet tune up. The plumbers had the part on their truck and installed it in no time. The price for the extra part and service was reasonable. I am very happy with Around the Clock Sewer, Drain and Plumbing and will definitely use them as my plumbers of choice in the future.

The technician, Owen, called prior to his arrival and within the maintenance window provided. Owen went right to work and explained what he was doing and was patient with all my questions. He first ran the 3" blade down the main sewer line and explained that once out of the house that the sewer line changed to 4" clay tile pipe so the 3" blade would not do the best job on the 4" pipe. I appreciated his honesty. He suggested I have an external cleanout installed so plumbers would not need to go inside to clean the main sewer line which was an excellent idea that other plumbers had not suggested. The nice thing about the exterior cleanout was that the plumber could send a 3" blade into the piping under the house and send a 4" blade out to the street. Once Owen finished sending the blade out to the street he then ran the camera down the same sewer line to inspect the line. He did not rush the inspection so I could clearly see the current state of my sewer line. I was very pleased with his work and his professionalism.

Purchased the deal through Angie's list. They arrived on-time, cleaned out the drain & didn't leave a mess. This was preventive maintenance as we have large trees in our area. After the cleaning they did a video inspection & all was good. He did not try to sell us anything that we didn't need right now. He recommended an outside clean out for future access. Overall, it went well and we most likely will use this company next year for our annual cleaning.

It went pretty well. The appointment was for 10:00 - 12:00 in the morning but due to a hangup on another job, the technician arrived around 2:00 pm and got right to work. He was professional, had a good attitude and was friendly. He apologized for being late. He snaked the line out 75 feet or so and showed me with the camera how clear the line was. He cleaned up after himself and was on his way. I did notice after he had left that due to having to go down in the basement with his equipment, the carpet got a little dirty. Probably should have put a runner or cloth down to prevent that. Overall, good job, well worth the money (and peace of mind). Would use them again if I had the need.

l called the scheduler back whom said she would only charge $25 to pull and reset the toilet, since she had told me they would use the clean out. I didn't feel I should have to pay anything since I just paid my contractor to pull and reset the toilet and it was only reset based upon what she had said. I cancelled the service and Angie's list refunded me the cost of the coupon. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Technician was on time and did the work without any problems. He was very professional.

Impatient fiancée could not wait for me to check Alist and randomly picked this company out of the yellow pages. On day of service, the Company called and asked permission to come earlier than scheduled-very good. I was very pleased with Sebastian's professionalism and response to questions asked and general statements made by my fiancée while he was working. Garbage disposal was replaced, briefed on tool to use if there is a jam, payment made and Sebastian was out the door. Just the way I like it!

We recently bought a house that was 10 years old. It had few previous repairs and one plumbing problem before we purchased. We found that it had never had any maintenance after French drains had been installed to remedy a leak. We had used Around the Clock before on a plumbing issue in a house we rented and had fabulous service. I called again to set up a top to bottom inspection. Getting an appointment was easy and convenient. On the day of the appointment, our assigned tech, Anthony, called before he arrived. to check with me and to give me his exact arrival time. Anthony was clean, neat and professionally dressed. He took the time to explain what he would be inspecting. During the inspection Anthony educated me on each fixture and plumbing connection, taking the time to show me each connection and explaining what each one did. Anthony said that the inspection also included everything outside the house, from the faucets to the sprinkling system, the drainage in each window well of the basement, to the curbside where the water drained from the house and met with the city's utilities. It was an educational experience and I am happy to say that the inspection produced excellent results, and all in my favor! Around the Clock has proved to have excellent customer service, with educated, courteous, polite employees and great affordable prices. Around the Clock stresses the importance of preventative maintenance and inspections to avoid stressful emergencies in the future. I have recommended them to my neighbors, family and friends! Around the Clock is a great locally owned company that I trust.

We have used Around the Clock on several occasions and have always been very happy with their professionalism, promptness and expertise. I believe their prices are very fair and their service is outstanding. This is a company that at its core tries is committed to quality experience. I always enjoy working with businesses who are passionate about what they do and I have found them to be very passionate. This caring and passionate attitude is shown from the calls before coming out and the follow up later to see how the technician performed. One of the jobs they did for us was installing a new toilet after my husband attempted to do on his own and he broke off a part. They were happy to help us out on a Friday evening, even cleaning up so we could have a working toilet that night.

Called in on Labor Day. Technician was sent out within the hour. Called me 20' prior to arrival. Estimated service cost before the work started. Sewer drain was clogged and cleaned out within the hour. Was a referral of one of my friends and will recommend to others as well.

Over all this was a company out of control and with zero customer service!!
