Perfect. Took it in one day, they gave me an estimate and promised it in 2 days and they called back 2 days later to tell me it was fixed for the estimated price. It was, picked it up and now works fine.

Poorly this is a company that has been around for a number of years and had a good reputation. To talk people into something they must know had problems say they would back it and then tell you, they have no responsibility after taking your $650 is not good customer service. It is not just me, there were 4 units waiting for repair that I saw in the room behind the counter and another person came in to complain as I was leaving. I went back to the company a month later and a 80 year old was complaining her unit did not work. I was told by the owner then when I said something that there was a world wide recall on them. I asked him is that why they would not help their customers they sold it to. They still have those units on display and are still selling them. I guess greed has taken over.

Poor. The machine was fixed supposedly in one day. When I picked it up. They wanted me to carry it to the car from the back room. I told them I was not able to do that . They finally had someone carry it to the car without letting me check it out. I saw when they lifted the sewing machine to put it in the car that the bottom part of the case had been cracked and about a 4-6 inch piece was missing. When I went back into the store to ask for the pieces they broke off so I could try and glue it back, I was told call back later, my technician is not here and I need to answer the phone. I did not know they had kept the spool of black thread. I feel it is laziness that they had taken the thread and in the assumed clutter didn't know where it came from. I am still checking the machine to see if everything works. I asked about a warranty as I had had a bad experience with this company on something else they said 3 months warranty.
