this service was rescheduled 3 times due to rain. Company was very apologetic and really worked with me each time to resched .ule. When the day of service finally arrived, two very courteous young men arrived to do the service. I was very impressed with the attitude and work ethic. Windows were done in about an hour and a half. Great company to deal with.

I was not home when the windows were cleaned but did see them several weeks later. The windows were still clean and looked go. The window guides and gutters were thoroughly cleaned and all the years of mud and dirt were removed.

The company did an excellent job cleaning all the windows inside and out. We were very happy with the window job. The gutter cleaning was another story. They did not clean the front entry way or back concrete by our glass sliding door after cleaning the gutters onto the concrete. The roof residue (granules) from the roof which ended up in the gutter, when cleaned ended up on the concrete, which in turn got tracked into the house. They broke the plexiglass cover over our window well. They told me there had been an incident, but I had thought they chipped it, but it was broken in half, which I saw after they left. I should have gone to inspected it before they left, but was on a business call. Since they did two different items, cleaning the windows and cleaning the gutter I only had one option on would I use them again. I would use them again on the window cleaning, but not the gutters.

The service was good. It was easy to schedule. They were on time, professional, and courteous. I do not know what their normal prices are, but the price I got through Angie’s List was good. They were great. I would use them again in the future. I am planning on it actually.

I got this company's name from a friend, but wanted to do some more research so I went on Angie's List. After seeing all the great reviews I had to try them. Well I was definitely not disappointed. The team is great, service is top of the line ( I used someone else in the past so I know ) I think they are one of the friendliest service companies I've ever used. It was a pleasure having them work on my house, we will sure use them again! 5 STARS!!

This company really goes above and beyond! Not only did they answer the phone when I called, Szymon the owner came out right away and gave me the bid. When the crew arrived not only were they very polite but treated my home like it was theirs. They wore shoe covers and never got a drop of water on my floors. After they finished the windows they did my gutters, they even took before and after pictures of all the debris that was in there. Great company, great customer service, I will highly recommend them!

On August 19th, I called Advanced Window Cleaning to give me an estimate on cleaning my windows and screens. I was pleased that the owner, Szymon Tylka, could come that afternoon and I was impressed with his professionalism. He gave me the estimate, I was happy with it, and scheduled an appointment to get the windows cleaned on August 27th. The workmen were to arrive between 10:30 and 11:00 and a little before 11:00 I received a call letting me know they had just finished their first job and were on their way. Two young men arrived soon after--one came to the door to talk with me about their approach while the other began taking equipment out of their truck. They went right to work, starting on the inside. They wore coverings on their shoes and were very careful as they worked around items in the house. Once they completed the work inside the house they cleaned the outsides of the windows and the screens. And they were just as careful as they worked outside. Although there were two of them, they focused on their work and spoke to each other only when necessary. I was impressed with their approach to the task. I am very happy with the service I received from Advanced Window Cleaning. I will use them again next year and recommend their service to anyone who needs clean windows.

The Advanced WIndow Cleaning team arrived on time and got right to work. We had never used a window cleaning service before and we now wonder why we never did. The windows were noticeably cleaner, especially on the outside. The crew took care while working on the exteriors and within our home. They did an excellent job. Great experience.

I have alarms on all my "reachable" window screens, so I don't like to take the screens out on those. He cleans the inside and the outside of those windows from outside my house. He also wipes down the outside of the screen on those windows. Other window cleaners did not want to deal with the casement windows and screen alarms. He does an excellent job, quickly, wears booties in the house, polite, understands when I explain something and remembers my house from year to year. Very happy with him; will use him again!

They did not rush the work, as has happened when I used un-professional, "coupon, " fly-by-night washers in the past. Each window was properly and professionally cleaned by the Staff - they made sure every nook and cranny of every window sparkled like new. I was not aware of a discount until the owner, Mr. Tylka, advised me that because I used Angie's List, I was entitled to a 15% discount. I used the discount today, and gave my washing crew the difference as a well deserved tip. This company walks on water and eats fire in my book on exceptional customer service. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends, neighbors, and anyone who will listen.

The owner called to remind us of the appointment and the day of our service they called and said they were running ahead of time. We were thrilled. Three nice clean cut guys showered up, used a canvas inside to put the screens on and were very careful. We did have to wait a month for the appointment but we are very happy with the results. A++++++

They cleaned every window in our house and there are a lot of windows. They were great. I've used other window cleaners but we were not satisfied. No one else comes close. I've used them several times and won't consider anyone else. They also cleaned the ceiling fans. If you choose them, you will not be disappointed.
