I asked for ASAP....I called several times and he showed up over a week later. Treatment man was days late also! ☹️

Be patient, this Company is very busy.

They spray for insects, they don't trim trees. I was mostly concerned about my pine tree. I did not need injections. I was worried about beetles but did not have an infestation.

I was impressed at the turnaround on this company. We spoke on the phone, set an appt. and they were out within days to help with my tree injections. I didn't even have to be home. Definately would use them again.

Our infected tree was inspected and treated. Price is reasonable.

Great customer service, thanks Alexander! He spend just the right time with me describing the preventative bug treatment for my Ash tree. When I agreed on the service, Larry was out within a few days to preform the treatment. It is a beautiful large tree and with doing this treatment we will have many more years to enjoy it.

I received a call to schedule an appointment within a few minutes for two days out. Steve (?) and I discussed a problem with one of my trees and he suggested a few different probable causes and quoted pricing for each scenario. He was going to call to schedule an appointment so that I could speak with the arborist. He arrived the next day, and I almost missed him since there wasn't a knock at the door nor a call before arrival. I happened to be home and notice him in the back yard so I was able to discuss the diagnosis and treatment. He was very professional and I was glad to be a part of the conversation but I wonder if it would have been treated without approval by me if I wasn't home. The only concern I have is an improvement in communicating schedule since I wanted to discuss the other treatments I've tried otherwise it would be a 5-star rating acorss the board

I worked with Matt. We were having problems with grass at a rental property. Prompt service with instructions left for renters. Still waiting to see if treatment resolves the problem

I would not recommend for lawn aeration. fit turf only fertilizes and lawn still has dead spots. All I wanted was a traditional aeration and ended up with fertilizer bills.

Fit Turf called immediately and was extremely informative as to what needed to be done when and why over the next 6 months to get the yard in shape for next spring. Very reasonable price and no contract required. They also told me what I needed to buy (a $50 part) to manage multiple sprinklers with timers so I don't have to be moving sprinkles around or so adequate watering can be maintained when I'm not home. When they do their service they will also leave instructions on what we need to do.

Very friendly and responsive. Was very pleased with the ease of doing business.

Very responsive staff. Very attentive field crew. The whole experience was great. The people were polite, and there was great value for the money.
