It went well, no problems and it was done to my expectations

Arrived on time and got right to work. They sprayed interior and exterior and focused on areas that I noticed high spider activity. I haven't seen one spider since treatment two weeks ago. Thank you and will defiantly use in the future.

So far it has been great. Have seen a bug or two in the house since (but normally dead.. think i have seen one live). Outside the volume around the house is minimal. I would say generally it is at least what i hoped for. The gentleman was very professional and the contact was quick after I purchased the deal and when i had a few extra questions the owner was very responsive. i plan on doing this twice a year from now on. It has only been a month since service but so far it has been great. They expressed it was pet friendly, I have a dog. I didn't see any issues related to this with my dog so this was as advertised. Given how they spray, I would suggest moving things from along the walls, out of closets etc. they say you don't need to, but i think it would be beneficial to do this as much as possible. This is the first time i have had this done so not much to compare to but again happy with the company.

Paul came out to spray for an ant problem. He was friendly, professional, communicated his arrival and sprayed the entire house inside and out for ants. I haven't seen an ant since and I'm very happy with the service. I would hire them again.

Jason arrived. I told him where I had seen the ants and for how long. He explained why they kept coming back despite my attempts to get rid of them. He thoroughly covered the areas inside and outside of my house. As of now - no more ants.

As always, this a good company to do business with. I had the inside and outside sprayed for spiders, etc. and mouse traps baited in the garage. This company is always punctual and the pricing is very competitive. Great service.

Very impressive. Thourough in spraying entire house - inside and out. Even under open stairway in basement. We have used blackwidow years ago and always have had good experience and results. This year spiders have been many and looking forward to same results. We will have them back again.

I have utilized Black Widow Exterminator since I purchased my home in October 2011. I just found out today that they had an account with Angie's List and immediately needed to share my positive experiences with them! I will never use another pest control provider while they are in business. Paul is the most responsive and professional business owner I have dealt with in years. He always seems to know who I am when I call, and ensures to get me on the schedule as soon as possible. I always am able to get the same associate to come out and take care of the spraying of my home. He always recognizes the improvements that have been made, creates conversation and ensures that he has sprayed every inch of the inside and outside of my home that I believe needs to be taken care of. The best thing yet, is that all of their products that are used in my home are pet safe AND I watch flies and moths die in minutes upon flying into the home. Ever since using their service, I do not have a bug problem unless I wait too long for my next treatment. It is fantastic and well worth the investment if you don't want any pesty critters in the home.

Things went great, the guy who showed up was a young guy and was on time and asked a few questions regarding the house and if there was anything I didn't want sprayed. The service took about 30 minutes to thoroughly spray around the outside of our house and entryways, and the inside wall baseboards, basement windows and baseboards, crawl space, etc... and answered all my questions along the way. Very helpful, and even though he said it can take up to 2 weeks to kick in , we noticed a difference almost immediately and to this point (almost 2 weeks later) we have seen almost no bugs or spiders inside (alive at least). I'll definitely use them again if needed!

I called on a Tuesday and spoke to Paul who informed me they could do the work on Thursday. Thursday arrived and the company was MIA. I called Paul 1/2 hr after they were supposed to arrive to find out what the delay was. Due to unforeseen circumstances (auto accident, the service had to be rescheduled. Paul ensured that I was the first service of the following business day (Friday). Jeremy arrived right on time and was cordial, neat and very professional. After spraying the exterior of the home he came in and even took his shoes off. The entire process took about 40 minutes and then Jeremy explained the 30 day guarantee and answered all of the questions I had regarding the spray, when to spray again, etc.I am unable to attest to the actual effectiveness of the service yet but will update this if it is unsatisfactory.

I called Black Widow Exterminating about a very fine woody substance along some boards in the garage. I assumed that it was caused either by carpenter ants or termites, so I wanted to get professional help. After asking questions about whether bugs were present and what the substance looked like, the gentleman said it was most likely a non-recurring beetle problem. He suggested that I sweep up the residue and watch the area. I was expecting to pay hundreds of dollars to solve this problem, and Black Widow provided all this information for free. Needless to say, I would use them again in a heartbeat! I was very impressed.

Provider was going to be late - so he phoned 30 minutes ahead of schedule to advise. Great communication right off the bat. Also scheduled an appointment as soon as possible - I called on a Thursday or Friday and he was out Monday (wasn't able to do Saturday, but I had called late so I expected that).The guy got there when I wasn't home, and as I was asking questions to my wife through text messaging, he was more than willing to answer and did so without getting any kind of attitude or look of and quot;let's hurry this upand quot;. My wife even stated she felt comfortable with him in the house; something she doesn't really say about any kind of contractor.All in all I'm very impressed with this company, especially after having a few come around to my door to sell their services. This company is top notch, and I will be using them again in the future.

Once again (second time I have used him), this service provider arrived on time and completed the treatment covering all areas where insects might get in. I will use him again.

Black widow set locked bait traps for my mouse issue. I've already found two dead ones and I like that boxes lock as I have two very mischievous dogs who love mouse poison (I spent a lot of time and money at the vet due to them breaking into my previous attempts to rid the mice). If you have similar pet issues, be sure they put the traps in a place where your dog can't get them. Right after the technician left, the dogs went under the bed and pulled out the lock boxes. They were chewing on them trying to pry them open to get the poison. I had to change the position so they were wedged between the bed and wall where the pups couldn't pull them out. The technician was AWESOME though!

Arrived right on time. Moved very quickly, covering my whole 4000 square foot home inside and out, including my storage shed. I would certainly use his services again.

They communicated that the chemicals were safe. They came out at a time that was convenient for me. They did get with the same day for scheduling. The price seemed high; hey were done in a matter of minutes. I would probably look for a less expensive service provider in the future.

I've used Black Widow on and off for about 7-8 years. They are very thorough and effective. I will continue to use them in the future.

The second she heard that my insurance would be paying for the service, she became cold.

I called Black Widow first thing in the morning after I was stung by a wasp and discovered a nasty nest under my front porch. They called back within a couple of hours and had someone at my house in 45 minutes! The technician sprayed the nest, explained in detail how they develop and warned me about using my front door for at least the next 24 to 48 hours. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to take care of my problem.
