Brett did a fine customer service job even though he wasn't able to complete the job himself.

Brett was just what I needed. He went above and beyond in my eyes. We had a key break off in a deadbolt lock plus the handle in that same door did not latch or lock. Brett fixed both within 45 minutes and saved me money by repairing my deadbolt instead of replacing it. He gave me extra keys to boot! Even though he lives in Broomfield, he gladly drove down to Centennial and even arrived 20 minutes early. I can easily see why he is so highly rated by Angies' List customers.

Brett was great. When he arrived he discovered that the number of locks that needed to be rekeyed was such that it was more economical for me to pay him his hourly rate than to take the deal he had listed on Angie's list. He also made several safety recommendations regarding the types of locks currently in the house and suggested I change them. He very openly told me that his price for those locks was higher than what I could find at Home Depot and suggested I buy them there and then he would install them. He was very efficient and when I discovered a small issue after he had left, he came right back and fixed it. I was very impressed with Brett and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I contacted Brett to rekey locks since I had taken possession of a newly purchased home. When I called, he provided detailed information about the services and the cost and answered all of my questions. He arrived for the job early, looked over the locks and got straight to work. Brett rekeyed the exisiting locks and offered to do several additional services for me. 1) The storm doors (front and back) didn't close correctly. He spent a considerable amount of time adjusting the doors so they hung correctly and closed completely. 2) He installed longer screws for the lock plates so that the locks are more secure. In addition, Brett is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I fully trusted him, will use him again, and am happy to give him the highest recommendation.

I accidentally locked myself out of my house. I called Brett and within 15 minutes he was at my house and within 5-10 minutes later I was in my house. He was terrific! Would highly recommend Brett.

We picked Brett off of Angie's List because of his good reviews and it couldn't have gone better. We moved into this house last fall and every door had a different key and no keys at all for the patio slider doors. I called Brett on a Friday and set the appointment for the following Tuesday. Because we had a mixture of lock manufacturers I took a couple pictures and emailed them to Brett so he knew what he was dealing with. He showed up Tuesday on time and had the whole house rekeyed in around 2 hours. My wife was especially pleased when he offered to take off his shoes while working in the house. Excellent job, and Brett is courteous and professional, I absolutely recommend him without reservation.

Brett was amazing. While I was gathering bids for the work to be done he was the only person to ask specific questions and walk me through all my options. We spoke on more than one occasion and every time he was thorough and thoughtful about what we wanted done. While he was performing the work he was very diligent about making sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend him for locksmith work and we will use him again should the need arise.

Very impressed with this friendly, honest customer service! Job turned out to be larger than initially expected. The locksmith performed about 45 minutes of work -- for which he only planned to charge me the 30 minutes he quoted -- and then the job got bigger. We ended up replacing my whole combination deadbolt lock on the front door of my house. Brett charged me only for that replacement (and the rekey of another door, a separate operation), and not for the initial work to try to fix the old lock. There was no hard sell, no upsell, just good options and honest advice. I had to argue with HIM because I thought he was charging me TOO LITTLE for his work! Meanwhile, I'll note that he was very clean in his work. His van was clearly marked with the name of his business. He worked quietly and efficiently, and was respectful of our home environment during his work. I was very impressed with the integrity and customer service of this business owner, and I recommend his service without the slightest hesitation.

Great. Called Brett in the morning and gave us a quote over phone and was able to provide service within a couple of hours of first reaching out to him.

Brett showed up on time, was efficient and very knowledgeable, and did a great job. Probably not the cheapest out there, but definitely worth what we paid to not have to stress about keeping track of multiple keys for different locks (and worrying about who else had copies of those keys).

Brett is a LOCKSTAR! I called on a Saturday morning and he answered the phone right away. I explained I needed my house locks re-keyed ASAP. My neighbors had been burglarized and the thieves had stolen a set of my house keys. He said he was at his child's basketball game but could be there at 2 and asked if that was a good time. I said that was fine. He called at 12:45 and said he could be here earlier and wanted to know if that was OK. He also mentioned that he was not in uniform, but he would have ID with him. He got to my house, changed the locks AND fixed the front door! The door never stayed shut on its own - it always had to be locked to stay shut. The front door lock sometimes jams and the key won't work. He looked at it and found it was missing a spring and fixed that, too. Brett is friendly, professional and really good at what he does. We had a nice conversation about our kids. He has a calm, and steadiness about him. You can tell he's one of the 'good guys.'
