SEE ABOVE! I have had over $35,000 worth of remodeling done through Home Depot (Broomfield, CO - 120th and Sheridan). The transaction is flawless through Home Depot, but unfortunately falls to pieces when the install is turned over to their subcontractor - HOME SOLUTIONS, INC. HSI's office and scheduling services are a JOKE! I have waited for over 3 MONTHS for HSI to schedule the work, then sat at home through 2-3 cancellations before someone finally shows up on my doorstep. The individual contractors who do the hands-on work usually do exceptional work - but only after the office staff get around to contacting them!Try to call HSI direct? Doesn't fly - none of their e-mails list a contact telephone number. Respond to the one e-mail they send notifying you that they have been contacted by Home Depot with your order? Forget it - their e-mails are read-only, thus you can'tuse the and quot;Replyand quot; function on the e-mail. Web listing? yes, but again no means of contacting them. It would almost seem as if they do not want to talk one-on-one with any of the clients that Home Depot sends them....

Very well. He discovered the real problems with the AC performance and so repaired it for considerably less than the other repairman who gave me previous assessment. Wegot the AC back in service that day for 1/2 the cost!

They were good about providing the service. We use them every other week. They are easy to access. They have most of the items that we were looking for our remodeling work. Most of the floors we bought was from them. We also felt that they are a little bit high. We got what we paid for.

They were a little on the expensive side but they really know what they are doing which is why we hired them for the job. We have used this company for other things as well and they have always been great. The disposal works great and I have no complaints about that part of the service.

Our experience at the store was fast and easy. We got the color we wanted and the sales person was easy to work with. Home Depot tried hard to accommodate the times that we would be home. They knew that a frame would have to be made first before the door could be put on which saved us both a lot of time. It took longer than we thought for the door to come in, but once it arrived at the store, it took no time at all to get the door installed.

When arriving at Home depot we were able to find a close parking spot which was really convenient. We went to the locks dept and was able to find the clerk right away. He was able to make 5 copies of keys for us in a short amount of time.

This was a positive experience for us, the design staff helped us layout a nice design which would fit in with our over all landscaping scheme. The cost of the design was included in the price of the materials and labor, which was a bonus.

Terrible. Deer Creek Plumbing was subcontracted to do the work by Home Depot. NOT on time. Did not come prepared to do the work. We had to hire a plumber to come and reverse water lines. Absolute terrible experience.

Designer did a good job of designing the kitchen, based on what we visualized, however, she measured the counter space wrong, which incurred a higher cost to us, we were not happy about that.

They did an excellent job of installing the ceramic tile. They centered the tiles so it looked even all around. They installed the grout and cleaned everything up and told us to seal it in 72 hours.

I'M USUALLY LEERY OF ANYTHING WITH THE WORD 'CUSTOM' IN IT, AS IT IMPLIES ADDED EXPENSES. SO, I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY HOME DEPOT'S CUSTOM WINDOW TREATMENT SERVICES. WE WERE ABLE TO GET EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED QUICKLY AND FOR A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE. BRAVO!

WE FREQUENTLY VISIT THE HOME DEPOT FOR OUR HOME AND GARDEN NEEDS. THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THEY ARE ALWAYS READY TO HELP YOU LOCATE ITEMS.
