Description of Work: I called to get estimate for outside windows. We set a date to do the job but he suggested that we wait till it stopped raining that day so washing windows would be a waste of money for us. We set another day and the job was well done

Description of Work: I had purchased a new house in December of 2011. After checking with Angie's List I decided on Alpha for cleaning my gutters. The house I purchased had not been lived in for at least a year and needless to say the gutters were so stuffed and overflowing it was affecting rain and snow melt to drip in places causing dangerous frozen areas. I called and explained my situation and had an excellent conversation. They explained how they would work the date to arrive and even though they had not seen the roof gave me the price they thought it would be. They were polite and pleasant when they arrived, did an excellent job and charged me exactly what they said it would be. The gentlemen explained that they also did windows (I'm no longer at an age where I desire climbing up and down reaching for high windows), and I immediately set up a time for them to come in the spring. They also offered to call and remind me so I wouldn't have to think about it! They were great. I would recommend this company with no reservations.
