Thank you for your feedback. The original request was for a deep clean within two days. Unfortunately we cannot always accommodate last minute requests and our calendar was already full. I indicated by phone that I would call if anything became available. Having no cancellations on the schedule, no openings became available so I did not call. I take pride in personally contacting all prospective clients in a timely manner. I apologize for any miscommunication on my end.Service Provider Response

Mr. (member name removed) called to schedule a last minute cleaning. I am a small cleaning service and maintain a very busy schedule, I told Mr. (member name removed) that I would check and see if their was something I could do to work him in to the schedule for that particular day. I called Mr. (member name removed) back the next day and explained that it would not be possible for our service to accommodate this cleaning partially because of the location of his property (he lives 18 miles out of town), I did however offer to schedule another day for his cleaning. He declined the offer!!! We strive to accommodate all of our clients and potential clients to best of our ability, I am sorry Mr. (member name removed) was disappointed with his experience.
