I called and explained problem and plumber was able to come that day. He called me at work and told me what he suspected the issue was. He gave me a minimum and maximum price estimate and time frame estimate. He called back in an hour after completing the job right on schedule and everything had gone as planned. When I got home the bathroom was returned to normal. This is the second time I've used this service provider and both times have been extremely happy with their service!

Overall, I was more than disappointed. Several service visits were required to fix the leak. -First visit, the plumber, Manny, after working on my showert, re-installed the faucet in the upside down position with the handles on top instead of in the correct down position. I pointed this out otherwise. but he insisted that this was right. -Shower continued to leak. Joe (Jose), arrived for second visit. He determined that I needed a new replacement Grohe faucet part and went to buy the ~$4-500? part from plumbing store. He returned to discover that the wrong part was in the box. So, he ordered the part and it took a few weeks (a minimum of 3) for part to arrive and a new appointment scheduled. -Third visit, Joe worked a long time (~3hrs) to install the faucet. He was courteous, but unprofessional in blaming my Grohe faucet for being so difficult to install. This time he did install the faucet right side up, but with the handles working backward. LIkewise, he also insisted that this was the right position. -I needed to call him back the next day because temperature control was not set properly and only very hot water came out of the shower faucet. Plus, it was still dripping. After difficulty, he was able to adjust the temperture to a tolerable setting, but not fully adjust the gamut of the temperature gauge. He also told me that the only way to stop the leaking required cutting~11/2 sq foot hole in my adjoining wall or in the shower itself. -Afterwards, shower began to leak water more profusely, spattering the entire shower with hot water. I called MB and asked to have the owner, Ross come take a look at my shower. I was told several (maybe 6) times by receptionist Greg, that Ross is not available and no longer makes residential calls. Finally did get Ross to come out. He quickly ordered another different part. I waited 3-4 more weeks. MB wanted to send onlyJose again but I insisted on Ross, so I had to wait even longer. Water leaking fast now. Noticed tile damage. Called MB to ask water be shut off in shower while I was waiting for service appt. MB Refused. -Finally Ross did come and shower fixed expertly, this time w right part. I did not have to pay for the second part. BUT I am stuck paying for the pricey (and apparenty unnecessary) 1st part as well as water damaged tile and baseboard, not to mention months of hassle.

I found my communication with the company and the repairman to be very professional. I didn't expect the repair of my sprinkler system to be quite as expensive as it was. But I don't really know what it takes to do plumbing and the repairman explained everything to me prior and during the work. the pipe had frozen over the winter and he had to replace more than he originally thought he would have to make the repair. In regards to the punctuality, the previous repair took longer than they anticipated. But they called me from the office two different times to keep me in formed about potential arrival. I was very satisfied with the work and will definitely use them again.

They showed me with cameras what needed to be done. They did a good job with it. The problem is fixed. They didn't do anything that didn't need to be done. They had to dig twice and I think initially they should have fixed it. I wasn't totally pleased with it but I wasn't totally displeased with it.

Dave scoped my sewer line and I was emailed a digital copy of the video. He also located and marked my yard in the place where the line would need repair as part of the deal I purchased-great value, considering many companies charge additional for locating the damage. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very open and willing to answer all my questions. Great attributes when dealing with a homeowner such as myself who likes to learn as much as possible any time a home repair pro does work in his home. Glad I found this great deal-was almost going to pay the company who cleared the main line nearly 5x what Master Blaster charged me-man am I glad I looked around first-simply no reason to pay $175++ for a sewer line scope!

The technician, David, explained exactly what he was going to do and offered a thorough explanation throughout the process. I observed the camera inspection and was later sent a video of the inspection, which was provided when promised. He also answered questions I had about other plumbing issues in my home. Very friendly, responsive service.

I did not read the fine print closely enough. I thought Angie's list was a pre-screening service so I would not have to concern myself. Looks like I will be getting myself a Home Depot snake.

I had some reservations about Master Blaster Plumbing in the beginning. The man who came to do the initial estimate didn't seem to understand code in the city in which I live, then they needed to send someone else out to make sure they got it right, he did not show up on time and then did not show up at all. But the man who did show up that night, Rich, was impressive. It was Rich who made me decide to use Master Blaster. And it was Rich who showed up for every inspection, talked to the inspector, and made sure we passed. My husband thinks the price was slightly bloated, and I am sure the mark-up on the supplies and parts was exorbitant, but overall we were very happy with what they did. I would recommend Master Blaster Plumbing and I would use them again.

Better than expected, honesty and good service is becoming more rare these days and is greatly appreciated.

I called and they sent Joe out who spent nearly 6 hours finding and fixing 8 separate burst pipes and fixing them. He was conscientious and thorough and methodically fixed them all. I can't say enough about how appreciative I was for his patience as he no sooner fixed one than another leak would appear. Most of these leaks were in a small attic and difficult to get to. Turns out shark bite was good to use in that small area as using a blow torch for sweating the copper would have been very dangerous. He cleaned up after himself and gave me some good advice so this problem won't happen again. I was very pleased with the service received and plan to use them again soon for another water heater problem I have.

I bought a deal for came inspection of my sewer line because I had had a backup. The technician found the problem, which was under my driveway. He arranged for a crew to come dig up the concrete and make the repair. Master Blaster pulled the permit and made all necessary arrangements with the city. The crew showed up on time and the repair was completed quickly. I am very satisfied.

I called for them to fix my toilet and ended up with a new water heater, which I needed as well as a new toilet. The new toilet didn't flush properly so they came back to fix it. It still didn't flush properly and after continued complaining I finally got contacted by one of the owners. She said they had installed a poor quality toilet and replaced it with a Mid line Kohler toilet. I have had no further problems. In the future I would buy my own toilet and just have it installed. It bothers me that they didn't seem to have more quality controll over their plumbers. On the other hand the problem was fixed quickly once I was in touch with the right person and I had previously had a good experience with them.

Master Blaster Plumbing and Drain determined the service I required was out of scope for the service I had purchased and cheerfully refunded the full amount of the coupon.

When I initially called I made an appointment for a Saturday. The person on the phone did not tell me any pricing for the service. The Plumber showed up on Saturday and told me it was $100 more to do the service on a Saturday. I told him to come back during the week then, because when I initially called to set up the appointment the person acted like Saturday was a normal day of the week. Another person called after the Plumber let and scheduled an appointment for the next Wednesday, He said that normally they charge $99.99 just for showing up but he would waive the fee for me. Which I appreciated. I explained to him that on the initial call I was never told that Saturday's cost more. The Plumber that came back on Wednesday was the same guy that came out on Saturday. I liked that so he new what the issue was and he got right to work. I suppose he was at the house for the total of an hour. He was very professional and explained everything to me and made sure I witnessed that the sink now drained the water appropriately,

The sewer backed up. MB responded in a timely and positive manner. My recommendation.

Frustrating. CAREFUL with the coupon, if not in Denver. I am in Lafayette. I purchased the $30 coupon with out any warning that I am out of their service area. I called and scheduled an appointment, only to be called back and told I would be charged $130 for a site visit and the coupon is not valid. Seems to be a failure of both Angie's List and the Service provider.

we stripped out the faucet - the technician tried to fix our mistake and was unable. My husband ran out, picked up another faucet and the technician happily replaced it for us. He was extremely nice and helpful.

It didn't. First appointment was cancelled since service plumber/tech was sick (no problem). Rescheduled for later in the week at 11:00 AM (great). Scheduler called back a few minutes later to move appointment to 12:00 (not a 3-hour "window", but 12:00). Based on scheduled appointment time, I scheduled several other appointments and arrived home 15 minutes prior to agreed upon appointment time. Found 2 messages from company on answering machine asking if tech could come early. Approximately 10 minutes prior to appointment time, company called again. I told them I was home and ready for scheduled appointment. Caller advised me that they'd sent plumber/tech to another appointment, since I didn't respond to their earlier messages. I told caller that if they couldn't keep the agreed upon time and were cancelling the appointment, then I didn't want them to come. She was not the person that scheduled the appointments, but she argued with me and insisted that the appointment was a "window" from 12-3 not a specific time: not true. Poor attitude, poor customer service. She asked if I wanted to reschedule and I declined. If scheduling is this difficult for them, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be having them do the actual work.

I purchased the Big Deal for a sewer line video inspection. I had a backup last summer and had my drains snaked at the time and was recommended I have them inspected as well. The technician took his time with me and showed me everything he was doing and explained what everything was on the video and gave me recommendations with quotes for fixing the problems. I feel much better educated about what is going on with my pipes. I was very happy with the service and I will be calling Master Blaster again for any plumbing needs. Thank you!
