Description of Work: Garbage disposal had to be replaced. The work he did resulted in me not being able to get cold water. I called to complain, but he did not follow through with getting back to me. I had to get another contractor to come in and fix what he did.

 + 1 moreJoe was amazing. My toilet started to run on a Sunday morning and got progressively worse over the course of the day. By the evening it was gushing water and even the shut off valve was not working anymore. In a panic I called several plumbers, but none had time to come out and help right away on a Sunday evening. Joe came out, spent a considerable time fixing the issues and installed a new water tank system that is way better then the old one was. He is professional, kind, skilled and reliable. Plus, he helps you in a pinch. I can highly recommend him and would higher him again without reservations.

Description of Work: Honest Plumbing/Joe Gonzales was my third call and he actually answered the phone himself. I gave Joe a precise description of the copper pipe that had a small leak and my unusual time constraints for that day. He was able to fit me into his busy schedule that late morning and gave me a quote over the phone. He was exactly the type of small business I was looking for. He cut the pipe, added a ball valve cause the pipe wouldn't stop leaking, then soldered in a new section. Joe delivered quality service in every aspect, professional, and personable too! Thanks Joe!

Description of Work: Joe to the rescue again. A few years ago we installed low-flow, high pressure toilets. They have worked great, although they are a bit loud on the flush...we call them "jet engine toilets". Anyway, our girls are off at college and the toilet in their bathroom stopped working. All of the toilet "fixin's" are encased so you can't tinker around with levers and ballcocks like you used too. We called Joe. He explained that if these toilets are unused for a period of time, water slowly seeps into the tank which holds air. He drained the water out of the case, cleaned a couple of filters and it works like new.

Description of Work: The front yard faucet would not turn off. AAAAAGH! Joe came out to southeast Denver from Arvada to cap it late Saturday afternoon and came back on Sunday to replace the faucet with one that won't freeze in the winter months.
