Fantastic--no complaints here! Did great work, was a pleasure to work with, very professional, returned phone calls promptly, was on time, finished ahead of schedule and went above and beyond. Highly recommend--we'll be calling him back out for winter system blow out.

Tom Roerick is a true professional. Unlike so many companies, he arrived when he promised, kept me apprised as to what he was finding and how it would be repaired. I will use him to maintain my sprinkler system from now on.

I called Affordable Sprinkler when after turning on our system we noticed that we had a significant leak. I described where the leak was and Tom said he wanted me to try something before he made a service call. He stayed on the phone with me while I went outside to check in the control boxes. He described what I needed to look for and then told me to turn one of the valves clockwise. As it turned out, when we had the system shut down at the end of last year, the valve was left open for drainage. After closing the valve, the system worked perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about Affordable Sprinkler as they easily could have made a service call rather than trying to help me over the phone. It is always nice to find a company where honesty and integrity come before profit.

Our system is now fixed and working properly!

The fellow showed up on time and had all the needed equipment to winterize our sprinkler system. He had an adapter needed to connect his powerful air compressor and whatnot. He was familiar with our system, notably the clock that controls the system. As we are newbie homeowners, I really appreciate that he explained what he was doing, step-by-step. He did a good job and we will probably hire them again come spring.

It was a great experience. I bought the Angie's list deal. It was very easy to contact him and set up an appointment. I even had to reschedule due to a problem on my side and he was very nice and understanding about it. When he came out to turn the system off, there were no problems. Arrived on time and completed the service with no issues. I will call again to help me in the spring.

He came out right on the button. He did the job that he came to do and also noticed some of the sprinklers where the pipes were being distressed. He will be coming back out in the spring to make adjustments for me. I learned a lot from him and he provided excellent service.

Everything went well. I had bought the house in May and was not familiar with sprinkler systems and Tom nicely answered all of my questions. He was very prompt with scheduling the service call, arrived right on time and finished everything within an hour. I was really pleased and would not hesitate to bring him back in the spring.

Tom and his crew arrived on time every day, and did exactly what they said they'd do. The contract had line items for all materials and labor; extremely transparent. The system did not start right away due to extremely low flow in the home's plumbing. They stayed and tried new nozzles until everything was working perfectly. It was easy to communicate with everyone on the crew, and they were all self-directed and knew what they were doing. They thought critically about what I wanted, and offered suggestions based on their experience (they'll try to keep you from shooting yourself in the foot when you ask for something silly). Everything was explained and all my questions answered. These guys are good.

Tom answered the phone when we called and was available the next morning. He diagnosed the problem and made the proper repairs in a timely and professional fashion. He cleaned up and checked the entire sprinkler system before he left.

Tom gets what most businesses have forgotten. It's all about knowing your trade and establishing a relationship with the customer. Not only is Tom the utmost professional with great knowledge of irrigation systems, he's a personable fellow that makes every customer feel important and valued. He explained everything involved, showed up on time, and met the bid price. Tom replaced a leaking manifold and adjusted the config to avoid future issues. He also looked at several sprinker heads and adjusted them as a bonus. You simply can't go wrong with any irrigation work you need. Tom will do a fantastic job at a reasonable price and you will have gained a friend as well.

Mr. Roerick fixed all of the problems I've been struggling with this spring on three of the properties I manage. For all of the work he did he charged an extremely reasonable price. I will use him for all of my irrigation work in the future and recommend him to everyone who needs a professional, knowledgeable, and dependable irrigation technician.

The service was done in a very timely manner, Thomas was able to take care of it on much shorter notice then all other major companies. He was punctual, fast and professional. Highly recommend his services!

I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Tom accomodated my schedule and contacted me the day prior to keep me appraised of the time he would arrive. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain all the details to me. He identified several needed repairs that had not been noticed by previous vendors. He described exactly what would be needed for the repair, the rationale and the cost upfront so that there were no questions later. He double checked everything before he left. His repair work was high quality. We will definitely ask him to work on our irrigation system in the future.

He showed up on time and completed the work quickly. Everything is working fine. I will call him again when needed and highly recommend him to others.

Tom and his son spent the first day digging and replacing the waste valve and manifold. He took a couple of trips to the hardware store to pick up parts needed when he found other things that needed replacement. With the snow, the job took longer than expected but that is understandable. He moved everything away from the house and filled in with dirt the area around the foundation to direct water away. He then put in a new clock, and went around checking each zone (we have 7) for adequate coverage. He replaced 7 or 8 sprinkler heads. He also found 3-4 leaks caused by tree roots that he fixed. Because it was still snowy, we did not turn the system on until today, May 14th. Tom came out today to turn it on and check each zone, then he offered to show me how the clock worked. We were both surprised to find a leak that had not been detected when he was here last month (probably frozen). Tom stayed for 2 hours to fix the new leak, a tough one because of a tree root. He then made sure everything was working once again before he left. Today was a half-hour job that turned into 2 hours! Tom's bid only went up once when I asked him to install the rain sensor after I had the first bid. He even offered to fix the leak today for free but I paid him for his time. I am very satisfied that the job was done well and also confident that if there is a problem down the road Tom is reliable to respond. I will be calling him in the fall to blow out the system.

Every thing went well. No complaints at all. In fact, Toms invoice was less than his estimate as he couldn't know what he would be actually getting into until he dug things up. He told us if anything wasn't working to our satisfaction to call him. We haven't had to.

He does a great job. He is really nice. He seems to know a lot of sprinklers. He is affordable. He can fix the problem and tell you what you need. He is extremely helpful.
