Tom was great. He repaired 8 breaks in the lines, added a rain freeze gauge, changed out 7 heads and replced the control for the system.

Came on time. Work was fast, professional, and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

Perfect! Tom was not my first call. I was not in the service area for the first company and the second company did not return my call. I am very thankful that neither of these companies worked out! Tom returned my call within 10 minutes, he had an unexpected opening in his schedule and came by same day. He fixed the leak in my irrigation system and gave me pointers on how to trouble shoot / isolate simular issues. I was on his coat tail the whole time asking questions and looking for pointers. He answered all my questions and never looked annoyed with me! Tom will be my first call for my next irrigation problem!

Tom showed up a little early each of the two days it took to complete the repairs-kind of refreshing in this era of "time windows." He showed me each of the problems and what needed to be done to repair them. I paid for the first day and he gave me a quote for the second. He had me accompany him when adjusting each of the heads to make sure I was satisfied with the result. The bottom line: I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

He was friendly and informative, helping us optimize our spray patterns and program our sprinkler systems to the best setup. It was a quick call and no up-selling which we appreciated. The cost was very reasonable. (Seems he's best contacted via direct phone for quick service.)

We've had numerous on-agin, off-again issues with our sprinkler system. We had two other companies come out last year, but the issue returned, the previous guys didn't really fix the root cause, they just slapped a band-aid on it. We had problems just finding anyone who would even call us back! Affordable Sprinklers is the only one who called us back, they took the time to check out the entire system, found the root cause due to settling putting pressure on the system and fixed both the leak and the root cause so that this doesn't continue happening. Couldn't be happier with their responsiveness, thoroughness and the fee was very reasonable for the amount of work done!!

It took some time for Tom to get back to me. I initially reached out via the contact form on Angie's List. Never heard back. I decided to give him a call a few days later. He answered right away and apologized for missing my initial contact. I was able to schedule a visit within two days, which was great considering the busy time of year. Tom arrived at the scheduled time and got to work right away. He diagnosed my issues and fixed them in no time. Not only that, he educated me along the way and checked out other potential issues. Its very clear he knows what he's doing and he was very professional. I truly appreciated the fact that he took ownership of missing my email and scheduled me in right away. Other places told me 2-3 days for a call back. Tom had my system fixed before I even received a call back from the others. He does great work and is very friendly along the way. His fee was slightly more than anticipated but reasonable considering his time and expertise. Not to mention all the additional time he spent looking at other areas of my system. I've certainly spent more on less. My only complaint would be that the fee was not communicated up front. Then again, I didn't ask either. He will be my go to guy from now on. Highly recommended.

Service was great, bought a coupon on Angie's list, so I paid up front. Very simple. Would use again next year.

Tom located the sprinkler controls, tested the system and made some repairs and tweeks on the same day. If you have a sprinkler system you need help with Tom is the guy to call! We are very happy we found him and will be doing business with him in the future, for sure!

Thomas was so good...knew exactly what was needed and made all the repairs same morning. This was such as HUGE help to me to get this all done and working properly. Booked a sprinkler blowout through Angie's List and requested that the company call me to set up a date. Waited a week and they never bothered to call. I'll find somebody else to do the work since these guys apparently don't want the business.

Bruce came on time and performed the work professionally. He did a quick check and repaired some cuts in the main line, fixed backflow device, connected some sprinkler heads and also put in emitters and drip lines. Activated the sprinkler system and checked out all the sprinkler zones were working fine. He spent about 3 hours and did a very professional job. We were very satisfied with his work and the details that he provided with the issues we had with the sprinkler system.

It was great! They were early for the scheduled appointment time. Super friendly and knowlegeable, explained the sprinking system to me and would definitely recommend them if you need work on your sprinklers!

After looking at the issue with the zone, Tom diligently and logically diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He also adjusted the sprinkler heads and repaired another problem I was concerned about. Whenever I have another irrigation problem I'll definitely be calling Tom. It was a pleasant experience to have a contractor who provides customer satisfaction and who's work is clearly second to none.

Tom came by today, on time, and made changes to my existing sprinkler layout. He did a great job, in a timely manner, and revised my sprinkler exactly as I wanted. I plan on using him for all of my sprinkler jobs, and I highly recommend him.

This was the third time working with Thomas, twice winterizing the system and once turning it back on. I find him to be terrific. As a newbie homeowner, I was grateful that he patiently explained the workings of things. He was on time, professional, and thorough. We've had no problems with our system. I like having a professional look it over. While I don't remember the price, it seemed reasonable. Better than me buying a compressor and tools.

They then gave me a discount to make up for the inconvenience before I even had to ask! Reliable, knowledgeable, and great quality work.

These guys were great and I will certainly use them again. We had a faulting sprinkler system and they came out and assessed the issue quickly. In addition to replacing the timer, they also fixed and replaced heads while onsite which was great. Highly recommend this company.

Quick call back from Tom who said that Brandon could be on site at about noon. Brandon arrived on time, quickly diagnosed my problem and repaired and re-laid the sod. Very clean and very professional! Took about 1 1/4 hr. Would definitely use this firm again. We had scheduled an appointment time, and I arranged to be home for the afternoon. Tom called and let me know he was running late, and asked if I wanted to reschedule for another day. Since I had arranged to be off work, I preferred to keep to our original day, and he agreed. He arrived about 2 hours after our scheduled appointment, but once he was there everything was done efficiently and professionally. I had two sprinkler heads that were having problems. He confirmed one needed to be replace. He wasn't sure if the other one was really bad, but since he was on site, and still well within the 1-hour window, I asked him to replace the second as well. The price was in the range originally quoted, and he honored the discount mentioned on his website. As a newbie sprinkler system owner, I appreciated his help in understanding the system and its operation. I plan on using him again for the system shutdown this fall and would not hesitate to recommend him.

The only issue I knew of was ball valve but Tom diagnosed all other issues and repaired promptly. Very fair price when I compared with others. Despite the fact he came out to replace ball valve (and did so on time as promised), when other issues were also identified, Tom made 4 trips in two days around his other appointments to make sure our system worked well before we left for vacation. I will not use anyone else in the future-top notch service and excellent pricing.
