They initially sent a very personable young man who claimed to be the company’s salesman. He had an answer for everything, he answered a little too soon. He kept saying that he would take care of everything for anything that I had to suggest. But eventually when the work was about to shape up I realized that he was not listening and I did not like some of the choices he had already made. When I brought this issue up, he did the same thing; he was not listening and just kept pushing and pushing his choices. I found out that the sales man that was sent initially and all the other workers were contracted. I researched on this company and found out that they did not have any employees unlike what the man had initially told me. The contract said that I can withdraw the project any time I wanted to. When I called them up and told them that, they were not happy about it and did not work with me on my decision. I called off the project and finally got a percentage of the amount refunded. I was not satisfied with the overall experience.
Description of Work: I hired them to redo our bathroom.

My experience with them was terrible. They didn't complete the work that they said they were going to do. They did not do all of the finish work. The one person who knew what he was doing was the tile guy. He told the men not to work on it but they did anyway and now it is cracking. They tried to do the shelving three times. When I went to put shelves on I noticed he had screwed some in already and I decided to check them and they were loose. I had to remove them and do it all myself from scratch.
Description of Work: They did my mothers kitchen.

Typical horror story - Starts out fine then goes bad quickly. Workers moved all kitchen appliances out onto the patio (bent the door of the dishwasher in the process), laid down the tile ok. Tore out everything in the bathroom except (thankfully) for the custom-built v-shaped vanity. The contractor had measured the tub area incorrectly and told me to order a 56 to 58" tub. I wanted a whirlpool tub and the only sizes I could find were 54" ten 60+". I ordered the 54" then one of the construction guys asked why I didn't order a 60" like the size that was there. Well, too late - the tub was ordered & paid for. The den tiling went ok but since we never knew when the construction crew was arriving, nothing was covered and dust got over everything. We had to practically beg to get the molding completed which has been peeling in the kitchen. It hasn't been a year and the plaster is cracking in the bathroom, the toilet paper dispenser has fallen out of the wall. Kitchen molding falling.
Description of Work: Tiled kitchen, entryway, and den floors. Remodeled main bathroom. They tried to redo our main electrical but I had to keep stopping them.
