GreenWorks was responsive to our needs. They performed the work in a timely manner and the quality of their work was very nice.

Tomer was a pleasure to work with. The negotiation process was forthright and fair. Once the price was agreed upon there was a little bit of inflation both in price and in time to complete the job, however, I had anticipated this. Once the price was firmed up, they took care of EVERYTHING. They put down protective materials over the areas they had to traverse, disposed of all waste materials from the removal of the old shower and tub, were very cautious about cleaning up every day, and were very attentive to my concerns. Once the job was finished, they came back to fine tune any areas of concern. One in which required the removal of the tile they had put down, re-establishing some foundational materials, and reapplying tile so that the water would drain correctly. Once the job was agreed upon, there were some minor additional expenses that they took care of including new fixtures, replacing anything I was not happy with, and ensuring they followed up with me 3 weeks after it was in use. Tomer took care of all permits and was very knowledgeable with respct to design, construction, and concern for longevity of the final project.

I made the initial call last week and it took 3 days for them to call me back and set up an appt for this past Sunday and then they called me on Friday to tell me they can't make it and they have to reschedule. I made an appointment for Tuesday at 5 pm and they called me on Monday to tell me that they can come at 10 am because that is when the contractor would be in the area and be available to do the estimate. I told them I would be unavailable during the day and my wife works and we need to be home together to do this. He then told me that they were really busy and they can't accommodate our schedule. They didn't seem like they really cared about our business.

The worker on the project was very good. He did execlent work, going beyond what I expected in workmanship. For example, the walls were skim coated instead of just taped and the base modelings had return pieces at the exposed ends. A custom tile boarder came out beautifully due to his input in how to do it as well as his skills in installing it. The project took longer than was expected by both ourselves and by Green Works. Some of this was scheduling of materials and others was waiting for something to be finished before the next step could be done. And couple of things had to be redone - like the counter top sub-contractor didn't deliver 2 matching counter tops. It wasn't excessive and was understandable. It seemed that Green Works didn't really understand what accessible meant. We often had to clarify what we wanted because they wanted to do their usual thing instead of what we asked for. In some cases their way made it less accessible. For example, he hadn't heard of an offset strainer assembly that maximizes the knee room under a sink. And he got a closet door assembly that had a bottom track that would impossible to roll a wheel chair over and would created a tripping hazard. Green Works was open to changes once they were told about them. I recently noticed that the ceiling insulation that was removed during the project was not replaced. This is disappointing. Green Works missed a major permit requirement. Smoke/carbon monoxide detectors must meet current code for a project of this size. The inspector gave us a conditional final approval and I installed the needed detectors.

Green Works did a fantastic job on my apartment. They remodeled my entire apartment which hadn't been upgraded for about thirty years. The quality of their works was fantastic and everything turned out exactly how I wanted. Omri was extremely knowledgable and professional. I couldn't have done it without them I would definitely use Green Works again in the future.

We were very satisfied with every aspect of our dealings with Green Works Construction. Avi Ben-Shabat the project manager was excellent to work with. He professionally managed all aspects of the project. He was very detail oriented in explaining the process and did everything he said he would and more. All of his staff, without exception, were friendly, courteous, on time and worked diligently throughout the process. They were all very professional and did excellent work. We would definitely use Avi and Green Works again for our next project.

They did everything that we needed. They can do everything and that is really convenient if you don’t know about different contractors. They are very good and the quality is excellent. They did everything on time. They were very easy to work with. The quality was perfect and I have no complaints about anything they did. They were probably more on the expensive side but it is hard to judge that because I don’t do a lot of remodeling very often. They showed up on time. They were great.

Mike, Green Works owner, has terrific ideas with reasonable pricing. He is honest and helpful and does not hide fees. His foreman, Shlomi is knowledgeable, personable, trustworthy and knows how to get the job done. The people who work for Green Works are excellent craftsmen/women, and completely trustworthy. They always treated my home and family with respect and kindness. The outdated home I used to own is now completely up to date and magazine worthy! I would contract Green Works Construction again and recommend them without reservation.

The original master bathroom had never been renovated since the house was built. We were very nervous about hiring a contractor that we had not worked with before. We met with Avi, the Project Manager, who gave us our initial consultation. He was very responsive and assured us throughout the process. He, and everyone of his crew, were always punctual and very hard-working from the start to completion. Not only did the work and craftsmanship exceed our expectations, but other issues were brought to our attention that we would have not known - that could then be repaired. The process was so seamless - with all work being coordinated. Avi also met us to pick out the tile. We would recommend Green Works and will look to them for our future remodeling projects.

Avi did a complete build-out of my existing back shed to turn it into an amazing home office. Everything from demolition to insulation and drywall to framing, flooring, and painting inside and out. He also built a side deck to connect and created a flagstone sidewalk. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire job and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. I'd use Avi again for any construction at my home in the future.

Green Works Construction's project manager, Avi Ben Shabat immediately grasped the bathroom design we were hoping for, and helped us with his knowledge of design, detail, color and vision. He enthusiastically listened to our ideas, looked at our research, and offered ideas which we adopted. He is clearly knowledgeable and desires to fulfill his client's vision. We found him excellent to work with. We never doubted his desire to help us fulfill our dream for this bathroom. It turned out to be a gorgeous bathroom with his guidance! We love it! We highly recommend Avi Ben Shabat and Green Works Construction.

They did a very good job in picking one of the tile colors, and the other color was fine. They did a nice tile job. It came out very nice. They did a good job. The workmanship seemed to fall off a bit toward the end. They took up the floor protection up a bit too early so they were walking around on the tile and grouting. I would use them again.

Within two to three months of having the work done, the jets stopped working. I called to have them service the tub and they sent the same gentleman who installed my tub to make the fix. This cost me an additional $150.00. Not two months later, the jets stopped working once more. I attempted to contact Green Works in July and once again in August and have yet to receive any sort of response.

My clients renovate every home they own with exceptional detail and taste. Therefore, it is very hard to find a contractor who can fulfill each of their requests, and be VERY meticulous with everything. If we point out there is a bit of paint on the crown modeling, or something doesn't seem like its quite right, Green Works comes in the same day or next day and fixes it, without a charge to us. They take great pride in their work, and are exceedingly kind to all of my clients. I have never had one complaint, and Omri (the owner) and his team have become trust colleagues. No project is too small for them, and no detail is a pain. They stand by their work 100% and the job is ONLY completed when the CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied with the result.

I didn't move forward with Greenworks or any company at this time. I have some personal matters that need to be finished up before I wish to proceed. I do have appts with a couple of other companies in the near future.

I was so pleased with the professional approach, high quality of building materials, and the quality of his various teams that after two months into the project I decided to double my financial investment and rebuild the entire home. What makes Green Works Construction stand out from its competitors for me is the Company's reputation AND the Project Manager assigned to my project. Not only is Avi an outstanding project manager, but he has a keen eye for design, detail, color, and architecture. He is passionate about his craft and it shows! He partnered with me to design every element of the exterior and interior of my house in real time as we went through the many project phases. And, when we found some structural issues, he thoroughly explained it to me, often several times, so that I could understand it and make an informed decision. Buying our first home was a big deal for me and my husband, and we were nervous at first about taking on a project. After much consideration we committed to the idea and started our search for the right contractor. We took three estimates, all of which were close in price, but we were so impressed with Greenworks portfolio that we decided to go with them. They even gave us a list of references and took us to see some projects they have done nearby. We were sold. Our project manager Tom was very professional and offered up some great energy saving alternatives. The 3-D design he provided for our new kitchen & laundry room was beautifully detailed and really brought our vision to life. Everything was pretty straight forward and Tom reassured us that everything would be taken care of on schedule and on budget. We were having our kitchen completely remodeled. Some of the work included tile flooring which was installed along with brand new custom cabinets. White granite counter-tops with a steel subway tile back-splash was added to match the stainless steel appliances. Tom came with me to Dunn Edwards to help select the perfect paint color. He even helped us pick out these really cool industrial looking light fixtures to go above the island which i love! We expanded the existing laundry room so there was some demolition involved, but the whole crew was very respectful and made sure to clean-up every day before they left. Him and his team were extremely responsive throughout the whole project which took a lot of stress off of us. They exceeded every expectation I could have had, and i will definitely recommend them to everyone. Tom is nothing short of a genius and I can honestly say that me and my husband have gained a friend throughout this entire process. Fortunately we will be working together again soon on our master bathroom. Project starts in April stay posted for pictures.

It went well, generally. We needed a couple of visits from the city electric/plumbing inspectors, but all was well in the end.

From the minute Tomer walked into our home we knew we were in good hands. He described the procedure for the new shower in detail with great patience since we knew nothing about showers. He created a wonderful design for the shower and gave us great ideas. We had a number of other estimates and he was quite competitive. We discussed the countertops, bathtub, and tile work to be done. Tomer was in charge of the project with a foreman and additional workers working on a daily basis. Each day they did their work and cleaned the area before leaving. Everyone knew exactly what was to be done and did it in the time frame promised. Tomer was in and out but if we had any questions he answered his phone every time we called and came right over if needed. He even accompanied me to pick out materials. He found the perfect tile when I myself couldn't. I can't adequately describe my total satisfaction with Green Works and their people. I am thrilled with the results of the project. Our bathroom is gorgeous! You can't go wrong when choosing them to complete a project for you.

We were very pleased with the price quote at the beginning and they stuck with the quote. The final product was beautiful! Both bathrooms turned out great and so did the kitchen tile. My only complaint is that we had to keep on top of them when it came to the details. Often they overlooked unacceptable flaws in the installation process (ie. grout that was varied in color, tile that wasn't properly placed, etc.). I think this is true with most installers. Luckily my husband works at home and was able to oversee the process. Also, they didn't always arrive when they promised, and this was annoying. In the end, however, it all worked out great. I'm very happy.

The projects went well from the start. Before the project, we had them see our house for an estimate and of course to talk about the plans and type of materials that we can use. The newly remodeled kitchen looks amazing. It's exactly according to what we wanted, the same as the design, and according to the estimate as well. We were happy that we were involved during the whole process. Kitchen - looks great Living room - very welcoming Backyard - ready for another BBQ party! Overall, we are happy with them. Thanks!

The men who worked at my house were not professionals - they were just a bunch of men who did not speak English, and so I could not communicate with them. They were so sloppy - they painted over the electrical outlets, did not take towel racks off the walls (I was told they never remove anything when they paint). Luckily, I had removed the plug covers myself. I never knew when they would arrive in the morning. They did not clean up until I finally complained to the foreman and Tom. They left all their lunch trash and they took silverware out of my kitchen drawers and left it in the garage. Tom asked for the last payment before the job was finished (he mocked me when I hesitated, saying he needed the money to pay the men) , promising he would come back to be sure everything was done, but he never showed up again. My newly widowed Mother hired this company to paint her house and she ended up spending $100,00+ after Tom talked her into all kinds of things that she never planned on doing. We feel that he took advantage of her vulnerable state of mind. Just beware of Tom - he is quite a charmer and can talk you into anything, even spending $6,000.00 to get popcorn off a few ceilings.

We worked with a Project Manager, Avi, who created a detailed bid for us with all details. He went with us to select our tile and materials. They worked with our city inspector extremely well in ensuring all work was inspected and to code. All work was completed in a stellar fashion and to our request. The timing was about what we anticipated from the start. Our work took in total about 6 weeks. We are extremely pleased with all the work they have done in our home and intend to use them again for two additional bathrooms. Our original bid was for our master bathroom, and we added the other 2 jobs based upon how well they did and the quality they delivered. Again, overall we are very pleased with how our renovations have turned out!

They were honest, went through everything with me, the price was very reasonable, and his crew were great. Everything was put away every night. They were very clean. They were always there when I needed them. I would highly recommend them.
