Beata and her team take great pride in their work, and she adds a personal touch that is rare. We hired them after extensive renovations to our home and they completed that job with immense care and professionalism. Six months later, when I called Beata back to come finish the cleaning of our garage which was not done the first time, she came the next day with three members of her team and did an amazing job. Given customer service issues these days, we worried she would try to charge us more for something that was included in the original price, given how long it took us to call her. Nope, she was true to her word and our contract and did another beautiful job cleaning AND organizing our garage. Beyond the call of duty.

The EuroShine Team came to our family's rescue after our landlord completed an electrical rewire of the entire house and installation of new HVAC during the COVID-19 pandemic with little notice to our family to vacate the house. The landlord's construction workers had little respect for the house and our belongings. When the construction work was completed dust and debris was everywhere (floors, walls, ceilings, closets, ledges, windows, every nook and cranny imaginable). The house was in a ruined and unhealthy state. We have a chronically ill special needs child and I didn't think it would possible that the house would ever be returned to a healthy, sanitary, clean state for her needs and wellbeing. I sent EuroShine an e-mail at 6:00 am on a Sunday. Beata called me at 9:00 am that morning, and she was at my house at 11:00 am to assess. WOW! The EuroShine team arrived on the day of clean-up and exceeded my expectations. They are a delightful group of hardworking folks (full of smiles). I have never seen this house sparkle like it does now. Our family is so happy and grateful. Beata is very responsive. Her team pays great attention to detail. They take pride in their work; the final results will leave you astounded. Even my 13 year old was impressed! I appreciated the compassion they took in cleaning our daughter's room and medical supplies. They customized the cleaning job to our needs and but their heart and soul in their work. I highly recommend EuroShine. They are great people who provide a great service. Thank you EuroShine for coming to our rescue!

Impressive! We needed post construction clean up after having major construction on our home. This crew, and I do mean crew, came in with 20 people and worked for hours. After they were done, I could have eaten off the floors!!! I highly recommend them!

When I went back to review and found some areas that had been missed, they had no problem correcting. I appreciate a company that stayed an extra hour to "fix" all the things I wanted to be fixed, and they did it with a smile.

When the owner passed by to do her inspection of the job her workers had done, she found something that didn't meet her standard and took care of cleaning the item herself! Now that's true Service!

We have been remodeling our parents home for the past year. We had found Euro Shine and had a consultation at the house with the owner. She expressed how detailed and diligent Euro Shine was. However, we were shocked and outraged as we observed their work and especially the behavior of the owner. For example. 1) They were supposed to do a thorough cleaning in the attic but after they were finished in a mere hour or so, we went to check the attic and it was still filled with dirt and construction debris. They had to go back and do it again after they got caught. 2) They could not and would not clean the window tracts as specified on the contract-- left dirt and drywall material in tracts,. 3) Workers took long phone breaks. 4) They did not follow our instructions, but did their "own thing." 5) Euro Shine did a extremely poor job overall -- such as leaving dirt and grease on the cabinets and construction dust on the walls. But the worst thing was her foul language to my wife and when I asked them to leave due their bad work, the owner actually started rubbing oil on our windows and in our opinion this was out of spite!--very unprofessional. Euro Shine the most unprofessional and low quality company we have ever seen. The owner was disrespectful and had an extreme lack of work ethic and detail.

Tackled the difficult job of cleaning ceiling beams of 100+yr old house in prep for painting and did it right on time even though it was literally a "pain in the neck". Cleaned other parts of the house just as efficiently. They came with the proper ladders and other equipment needed to do the job. I was very impressed. I hereby thank them again.
