Very nice and professional. Showed up to my house within an hour of my call. Turned out I had a minor issue that Alex fixed in a few short minutes and did so without charging me. He did not try to up-sell me or recommend buying anything new during his inspection. Will definitely use him in the future when the motor/logic board needs to be replaced.

Hired him to fix garage door charged us $100 but that didnt fix the garage door and when I called him to come back said it would cost $425 for another repair.

Responded very promptly within 2 hours he showed up and replaced the garage door in about 75 minutes.

Alex showed up early, got the job done in about 15 minutes and was on his way. He replaced the “logic board” for $180.

Alex was very gracious in his handling of my mother garage door problem. He arrived several minutes before her appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken part. He replaced the part and also performed maintenance on multiple areas of the garage hardware. He even pointed out an area where a future problem might happen if not taken care of soon. All of this at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Alex to my friends, and will use his services again if we have another problem.
