Although I spoke with Alex on the phone, another employee came to do the work. He showed up 2 1/2 hours early and I had to cancel another appointment because of this. The employee left to get a part and then 2 hours later another employee showed up. Alex did not communicate to me that he has asked another employee to come instead. The employee did not speak English and I could not communicate with him. The employee could not explain to me how to use the new system. Each time I had a question, I had to call Alex. Although it appears so far that the opener was properly installed, it was a frustrating and aggravating experience.
