They were professional. They showed up on time. They were friendly. The price was a little much.

They did everything possible to keep from tearing up my family room floor 2 days before I was expecting a house full of company. In the end, they cut a hole through the bottom of a built-in cabinet to make the repair.

Gave me a price before starting the job(s). Came into my town home... and placed towels around the work area (he brought towels). Cleared out everything underneath the sink. Took his time working on the pipes. Showed me the completed job in the kitchen.. than went upstairs to attack the clog in the bathroom sink. Always cleaned up the area that he worked in.

I hired Paster Plumbing for all my plumbing repairs after using them for the plumbing inspection of my new house purchase. A low-flush toilet wasn't doing the job so I hired Paster to replace it with a Toto toilet. Brian Paster and his assistant showed up on time and installed it in about 2 hours. He did an amazing job, and answering any question I had in a very personable way. I also had a small leak in the area of the washer hook-ups which was very difficult to stop, so Brian agreed to come back early the next morning to rebuild the lines and install a more modern hook-up station at a very reasonable cost. I also used Paster Plumbing to install a clean-out pipe, and to snake the sewer line, and again, they were on time, did the job in an efficient, professional manner, and were personable and friendly during the process. I am very pleased with Paster Plumbing, and will use them again for any plumbing issues I have.

I received three phone calls back from various employees and made an appointment for 8 - 10 the following morning. Monday morning received a phone call from the office confirming the appointment. The plumber got there early into the window provided, got immediately to work, found the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. He was gone and I was left to dry out my cabinets. I found the service to be outstanding and would absolutely use them again.

Thanksgiving Morning. The Whole Family is due for dinner and I have NO WATER, not just no hot water, NO WATER AT ALL! The plumber I had called at 9:00 PM Wednesday night when I discovered the new waterfall/swimming pool in my garage was out of town for the holiday, so I call Ed Paster & Son, hoping against hope... Within 30 minutes he was in my garage, my knight in shining armor! By noon I had a brand new water heater, and fully restored service at a price that was not jacked up because of the holiday! This team was GREAT!! Nicely dressed, clean, organized, knowledgable and fun to have in our garage on Thanksgiving morning.Bless these guys! Our Thanksgiving was a wonderful family affair and Ed Paster & Son will get our platinum and diamond rating!! They are our Plumbers for Life!!

I had a small hole in a 3 inch galvanize drain pipe under the kitchen sink. I called for an appointment at 8:30 am and they had an appointment for me at 11:30 am. They were right on time and immediately identified the problem. The plumber explained the solution and how he was going to repair the pipe. He spent 2.5 hours and tested the the pipe for leaks and cleaned up the work area. We were amazed at the clean up and speed of the repair. The price was fair, but was not the cheapest. Not for the budget minded. We will use them again!

He worked for almost an hour clearing the exterior drains, made many attempts, cleared some of it, but couldn't clear it all. He stopped when I asked him to, because the drains were not a priority for me. He charged me for less work than he did, because it took longer than he expected. He did everything else he was supposed to, without any problems.

They called the day before starting the job to confirm, and 30 mins before arriving. They came in, did what they were hired to do, and stayed until the job was done, cleaned up the mess they made, and stayed well after the sun had gone down on the last day because it just took a little longer than planned.. They were great! No complaints.

Matt came out to give us an estimate for the re-pipe. He was right on time, and very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The office staff are also extremely helpful. Matt also gave us suggestions on other things we needed done. He lives in Simi, and offered to come on his way home to put the new shower head and knobs on at no additional cost, as we had to wait until some work on the shower was done prior to replacing them. I would definitely refer them, and use them again. This company has very high standards, and it shows in their work and demeanor.

They came out the first time, cleared the drain about 140 feet through. About a week later the drain backed up again and they came back out. Each time they were quick to dispatch, and spot on with their arrival times. The same plumber came out each time so we didn't have to explain the situation again to a new person. Upon the second visit they took the time to look through building plans with us and figure out where it had probably stopped up again and where the closest drain out to the sewer went. In both cases they did an excellent job making sure our computer equipment was protected during their work. They discounted the second visit because it was within 30 days of the first, which I thought was very nice. In addition to the work, they were very helpful in providing us with some ideas and things we could do to help prevent occurances like this in the future. The plumber was very helpful not only with the work that he did, but also with the time he took to make sure everything was done right and explained thoroughly.

We were very satisfied with them. They came to know our needs very quickly. I won’t say that their price was a budget price, but it was a fair price. They were excellent. We will use them in the future eventually.

It went very smoothly. The plumber knew exactly what he was doing and did an excellent job.

Came to snake out a clogged bathroom lavatory. Brian was prompt, professional and clean. Clearly knows what he's doing and is not interested in finding extra problems to charge you for. He did just what what needed, quickly and efficiently and took the time to look at some other work I will need to do in the future and gave me very reasonable estimates and recommendations. The last plumber I had charged nearly twice as much and didn't even complete the job properly. I highly recommend him.

They were very good. They quoted us under $100 to unclog the sink but then when he got here he couldn't fit under our sink for some reason so he had to go up on the roof and it practically doubled the price. They accomplished the job bur it seemed expensive. The service was good and they were prompt. Other than the price it was good. We would use them again depending on the price.

Kitchen sink was backed up; happens every year. Unlike a previous plumber who said the cleanout was inaccessible, Beny opened it up (not easy) and snaked out the line. Beny knows his stuff and is a good guy. The day he came here, he was a little busy on his cell, arguing with a customer who was trying to negotiate a lower price. But it didn't seem to slow him down or make him less than cordial. He cleaned up the work site afterward. I would definitely use him again.

He is a great, A+ plumber. The thing that strikes me about this company is that no matter who they send to my house, they are remarkably friendly, kind, smart, and get the job done. The scheduler tells me who is coming, sometimes I know who it is and many times I don't, by the time they leave everything is fixed, everyone is happy, the house is clean, and for a plumber that is good. They are available for emergencies, which thank-goodness, I haven't had to deal with. It is a great company, and I'm very luck that I have found them. I really do like them a whole lot. They are very, very good. It is nice to have someone qualified to look things over. The cost for the one hour maintenance visit was $75-$85. They are A+ guys. I love the guys a lot.

They did what we asked them to do. They helped with the changing of a garbage disposal. The pipe work was rotted and they made the connection so then I could then complete the job.

I think he knows what he's doing. We've had poor luck within the past with different plumbers, but we've been using him ever since he was recommended to us years ago. I see their trucks around.

at first I liked these guys. they did a good job. I gave them all my expensive business and my rootering. My house has stairs to get to the house, they had no complaints on the big jobs, but one day I had a rootering emergency, called them... they refused to come up because it was too difficult with the stairs. ** I told them they suck, have no loyalty and will never use them again.

I had a water heater that died, and I didnt know all I had to do is drain the water heater into buckets. I was desperate to get ahold of someone. Ed Paster and Sons sold me a cheap water heater for a high price. I dont know that it was his fault, but he cut a big ugly cut to get the water heater out.

Everything went very smoothly, Chris showed up on time, even removed his shoes upon entering the house, which I appreciated since we just got new floors, he was polite and professional and fixed the plumbing in a timely manner. He did a good job. I've used Paster Plumbing in the past and they have been consistently good.
