Orlando is very knowledgeable with all sorts of home repairing. I am going to keep using him for any and all of repairs that is needed in the future.

Orlando called and scheduled an appointment for the same day to give an estimated. Then after I accepted the estimate completed the project that same day. His estimate was reasonable and the work met my expectations and needs.

Orrlando really helped us out in what was something of an emergency situation. we were renting a cabin near Sequoia National Park and accidently broke a window when trying to force it open. He fixed it in a matter of minutes and charged us a very reasonable price.

Orrlando and his co worker Kevin showed up the next day after a previous conversation explaining a water heater issue that was not correctly installed by a crooked contractor I hired a week before. I read all his reviews here and I was impressed. Well let me tell you, the Kid didn t let me know. Even though he and his co worker were scheduled to do job that day at 2pm he did what he could to get started on my job and they finished the next day. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, great personality, easy to talk to, easy to reach and frankly not a bullshiter. Orrlando delivered what we agreed on and the process felt stressless. You may think this should be a normal experience with most contractors or handyman when in fact it s harder to find a good one. These are your guys. I ll be calling Orrlando again soon.

After the gentlemen we hired to do a kitchen job got stumped with a task, the kitchen has remained unfinished with all progress halted for weeks. It seemed impossible to find anyone who could help us keep this project moving. I hired him for MULTIPLE tasks. I have a few rentals and one was in some desperate need of attention from prior tenants and Orrlando was able to get most of it done in a real timely manner. He fixed everything from garage door to plumbing, from electrical to hanging a ceiling fan and multiple other things. He probably spent a solid week plus at my place. Orlando was very accommodating. He installed 30 door pulls, assembled a patio table, installed a sun shade and replaced my front door handle. I will definatly hire him again.

Orrlando is super conscientious about the work that he does. In three simple words, he truly cares He and his co-worker, Kevin, took as much time as possible to complete the work I needed done. Having just moved into a new home, I had purchased furniture that required assembly, paintings and mirrors that needed hanging plus a ton of cardboard that had to be flattened & trashed. Though one of the four pieces of furniture needed to be returned and replaced due to issues with quality & missing pieces, they repackaged the item (a bookcase) and promised that he would return, at no additional charge, to assemble the bookcase once a replacement came in. I am looking forward to having Orrlando work on feature walls for me in my home. I would definitely, in a heartbeat, recommend Orrlando as a handyman. He can be trusted to get the work done! Thank you, Orrlando! I look forward to working with you in the future. UPDATE: Orrlando and Kevin returned today to complete the assembly of the bookcase. This is the third time I have used Orrlando. He does a great job. He offers suggestions. He explains things. And all the work he has done for us, we are very happy with. I hope he never moves on!

First visit he came he wasn t quite able to figure out what was wrong with it so he left took the problem with him was going to do some research on the computer he apparently did because he came back the next day and took care of the problem 100% very impressed with his work ethic

i Came to HomeAdvisor for a handyman to fix the mess another non HomeAdvisor handyman did wrong. I was very suspicious of contracting with a new guy but HomeAdvisor terms n condition helped my decision. Orlando and his partner quoted their price which was reasonable. They did the work as I had asked. The guys were great, on time and friendly. They cleaned up at the end of job. I m most satisfied and would recommend Orlando to anyone.
