Description of Work: New 3 decks & 1 patio; kitchen remodel; 1/2 bath (sink top, lights & paint); front door and panels refinished. |Joni was great. He knew his business. I gave him my wish list. His demo people knew their business. He designed the kitchen (great design with granite top and cherry-honey cupboards with spice drawer and pull out shelves for food, pots & pans). The granite top looks like leftovers and the seams look bad. The supervisors that worked for Joni, in my opinion, need training in customer relations and quality checks. They seemed to me very inexperienced and saw nothing that needed fixed or improved and they did not introduce themselves or ask me anything, they would appear and disappear. I made a list of my concerns & presented it to them. When Joni came the list was taken serious and dealt with. The kitchen cupboards were fine but the doors were hung crooked not straight and there were 2 drill holes on the outside opposite side from the hinges (any journeyman would have fixed them.) Joni had the door replaced. I don't think I got their A or B team or craftsman or journeymen to do my remodel but the job got done. I read the contract, it stated that the customer need to quality check. I am a senior citizen and I needed to trust not only Joni but also the people that work or contract with National Remodel. Description of Work: Converted a traditional shower to a steam shower. Changed floor on an add'l shower, installed a tankless water heater.

Description of Work: Remodeled bathroom from the ground up. Installed new shower, cabinets, vanity, 3 sinks, wall sconces, tile, travertine floor.

Description of Work: - Replace counter-tops with granite - Complete replacement of 2 bathrooms / showers - Replace fluorescent lights with recessed LED lights / crown molding - Replace baseboard crown molding on 1st floor - Replace carpet on 2nd floor - Granite replacement on all vanities / counter-top / Mantle - Replace appliances (microwave, range, dishwasher)
