They installed a back up generator for our house which would provide back up power to be able to operate the hole house if we lose electric power. The second night the power went out and the generator came on in maybe 30 sec's was great. They did the hole job in one day and the crew was very good, well done job. so far we are very happy, very good company to work with and help you.

Long story short I paid them $15000 for a whole house generator. They installed it with the exhaust facing my 5 t $8000 HVAC System which overheated The compressor inside and it blew itself up catastrophic failure. So they moved it from 1' or less of the Ace AC condenser to profito approximately 3' and it was still too hot blowing on my air conditioner condenser so then they made a customized deflector Which now points the hot a hot air and when I say hot I mean it will burn stuff But it goes onto my grass now which is dead so now I have a dead spot of grass in my backyard.

I contracted with LT Generators in late 2021 to install a dual system generator, using both natural gas and propane as back up. It was a joy to work with them. They were on time, responsive, friendly, easy to work with, and went out of their way to resolve any and all issues that arose during the process. Their management team is excellent, their crews are efficient and effective - and simply put their work ethic is beyond reproach. This is our second install with LT Generators (new residence). As with our first experience, the overall team, from permit management, dispatch, install crew and foreman, etc. were top notch and all did a great job. Install completed in one day with overall work area cleaned and unit tested. As with our first time, we checked with competitors for price comparison and while LT Generators will not always be the cheapest the differences were minor when considering the quality of workmanship and management of the install. Iâ d highly recommend them and would use them again.

I recently had a whole-house generator installed by Nick and his crew. I must say it was a pleasure dealing with this company, from the office staff to the installers. Everyone was so accommodating and mindful of my concerns and requests. The parts and tools they brought took up half of my back yard but at completion of the job, which took a full day, everything was removed and all my planters and other things were put back as before. A very seamless operation indeed. I would not hesitate to recommend LT generators.

LT Generators is a gem of a company. Lenny (the owner) and his team are caring professionals who are knowledgeable, thoughtful and are GREAT at their jobs. This was a job for a non-profit organization and Lenny donated his time and efforts for this installation. His office staff are quick to respond and thorough in their responses. His crew installed the generator for us and they were conscientious, courteous and clean. Lenny certainly goes out of his way to make sure things are done right and he has the crew to back it up. LT Generators is a great company to work with. My only compliant was the long delay getting the permit. Other than that, everybody was friendly, professional and very knowledgable! The team explained everything and did a great job, clean, professional and cleaned up nicely! They showed how to work everything. Very nice young men. Total job was done by 12:30 pm. I would recommend LT Generators to anyone.

The installers were professional. I would hire them to work at my home anytime. As for the customer service at the office, their responses to my questions were made within a reasonable time, and answers were complete and respectful of my concerns. From getting the estimate to installation all went perfectly. As of today, there has not been a need to use my generator. It is one of those things that you hope never needs to be used, but you are happy knowing that you are covered if a power outage occurs.

Scheduled for installation after February 16 2021. Ver slow in getting city permit due to COVD-19 issues. I will update after installation is completed.

LT generator was a pleasure to work with. From their in-office staff to the guys that did the installation. They keep you informed though out the project as to what will be happening next and at what time and day, Including all required inspection. The final project turned out great.
