The crew very polite and informative. The whole house generator installed in one day and my place was left clean. The installation project was done in a cosmetic pleasing manner and no ugly pipes or wires are visible. I was given a detailed cost of the project and kept informed at all times. It was not the lowest bid but the work was excellent and I am very happy with the finished project. Last week, LT Generators installed a 22 KW generator with back up propane tank. Everything went smoothly from the beginning of the process to the end with the entire installation taking less than six hours. The crew showed up on time and were professional and very courteous. Their communication skills were amazing as they explained what the installation entailed, when our electricity would be off and for how long, and then explained how the generator worked which included the testing of the system. I would highly recommend LT Generators for anyone thinking about installing a generator at their home or business.

The generator was installed on the 18th. of December, on the 24th. we had a power outage while having Christmas dinner, the generator turned on within 15 seconds, as promised. The only drawback it is a little noisy,

The guys at LT Generators did masterful work over a couple days. The logistics of the setup were a bit challenging because of our building's setup, but LT Generators navigated that and provided spectacular and professional work to achieve what we wanted. Highly recommend them.

I loved these guys. They arrived when they said they would, they were polite, professional, helpful, honest (they found my spare keys in a pile of dirt and returned them to me), and they left my yard neater than it was when they arrived. When my neighbor came over to see what impact my installation would have on his peace and quiet, they were polite and explained how everything worked. They were great. All of them.

When the job was evaluated by the owner, he explained where the equipment would be located. He said a city permit would cost $2,100, and if I wanted to save money, he could do it without a permit. I decided to get a permit, it cost only $47.50. When they came to install it, they looked at the permit, and were UNABLE to do it the way planned because it was too close to windows. When they FINISHED, the inspector came the next day and found, it was not grounded and the Propane back up was NOT connected. We had a full propane emergency tank, but it was just standing there without any lines going to the generator. When I called the company, they couldn't believe it. The workers were neat, very pleasant to deal with, they cleaned up very nicely.

Although everyone is very personable, they installed my generator in an illegal place, didn't get a permit which led to my having to deal with the Housing & Safety Department. Unfortunately my confidence is shot in their judgement.

Overly priced. Seemed to be learning it as they go despite representing experience with commercial generators. Created more problems when did servicing and took no responsibility. Poor responsiveness.
