The deal covered a week's worth of handyman type services. The first day, two workers got things moving and made major progress on the closet area. In the down time, they did a number of small handyman jobs I needed done. While the owner Rani was not on site, he was very easily accessible by phone and very helpful/patient. The drywall work and painting were of very god quality. One day, the workman stayed extra late to finish the work. The work was handled exceptionally well, except for some minor clean up issues in the end.

Good experience overall. Great crew. Very pleasant, good natured and efficient!

Rani came out to my house which was built in 1908. There are many code violations which would have to be corrected in order for him to do the job. Also, the amount of cabinets and counter top space would be way in excess of the proposed deal. It seems that the job would cost at least twice what was quoted. Rani was very honest and very knowledgeable.

His cabinets were so beautiful. His work looked so professional and I just loved everything he suggested and talked about. It turned out I just couldn't afford what I wanted for his quality of work. He is just a really nice guy as well and I hope I can use him in the future.

My first review was made under the pressure of Roni wanting an immediate review from me as he was picking up his final payment. Now that I have had time to consider the whole experience I would rate my experence with Inception a B. Roni will definately over charge if he thinks he can and suggest that you take out a lone if you can't meet his price. NOT COOL. While the tile man, Diego, did an awsome job with my floor, the kitchen feels unfinished because the thresholds(3) were not a part of the $4,800 I paid. My kitchen floor is raised a quarter of an inch higher then it was previously. The transition from hardwood floors to ceramic tile isn't smooth and it makes the kitchen tile job look unfinished. Also, there was a special on Angie's List that offered 4 new recessed lights for $200. I paid $125 for each(4). Roni insisted that the deal was not true even when I told him I verified the information with the other vendor. As a single woman, I wouldn't use Inception again.

We had seen several contractors and we felt more comfortable with another contractor's vision. We have nothing but good things to say about this company, we just felt the other contractor's vision was more in tune with ours.

I called for an appointment to look at the job said he would be out Monday at 4. Never showed up. Called again to set up another appointment. He came out on Thursday and looked at the job. He told me to buy 3 gallons of paint, 3 rolls of painters tape, and a large role of plastic. I thought it was too much paint but he said I could return any unused gallons. Made an appointment for 9am the following Thursday. Thursday the painters came at 9:40. They did a wonderful job and great patch job on the ceiling. I was informed mixed paint cannot be returned to Home Depot so I have 1 and a half gallons left. Much more than I need for touch up. I have 2 full rolls of painters tape left but the outside seal has been removed so that can't be returned either. The job itself was very nice but the inconvenience of missed appointments and wasted money on supplies was such I could not give him an A.

I was very happy with the job. It was done quickly and professionally. I will recommend inception services to my friends.

They painted my foyer and painted a bathroom. For the money it was an ok job.

PERGOLA: Rani met with me today to discuss a pergola/patio enclosure to be built on our existing deck. We provided basic plans done by another designer. Rani pointed out several points of concern - mainly drainage, which was something we were worried and unclear about initially. He offered other design solutions and his detailed explanation made it clear that the previous design had some flaws (without pointing them out as "mistakes" in a negative way). Rani couldn't have been more professional and clear about his view of the work and the way it was to be done. BATHROOM REMODEL Gave me a very clear overview of bathroom remodel that was well within the cost we had estimated. As I said, I have only met with Rani for an estimate so far - it went so well I felt it warranted a review. I had read all the online reviews prior to meeting with him and those were the main reason I did so. Because of them, my expectations were high. I have to say that my discussion with him exceeded my expectations. He couldn't have been more professional, cost aware, personable and he clearly described his plan on the work to be done (plus he showed up on time - hallelujah!!!!!) I also felt that his concern was doing the best job he could so that he would develop long term, repeat clients and that it wasn't just about getting "the job" and moving on to the next one - so important. The cost of the job is more than we had thought it would be initially, but now we understand the scope of the project and can move forward as "informed" clients. With my past experience with contractors, I say you should absolutely meet and talk with him! Will update this when we actually do some work with him.

They were awesome, would use them again. Two of the nicest painters ever, they did 2 full rooms, touch ups anything I wanted for a full 8 hours. they even through in my fireplace which badly needed some repair. They were punctual, neat, friendly and communicated well. They were perfectionists, so if they saw something wrong, they immediately went to correct it. I love that!! I provided the paint, and covered everything and they did all the taping and painting. Very neat. When they were done the house sparkled and I never knew they were even there, they cleaned up flawlessly.

When I spoke with the owner before the start of the job, he told me he wanted to make sure I'd be happy with the job that he and his people were going to do. He did not disappoint me. This wasn't the easiest job in the world, considering that the woodwork (shelves and large closet) were covered with 22-year-old oil-based paint which needed to be sanded and primed so that latex would stick. The lead painter was very attentive to detail, pleasant to deal with, and an all-around professional. Her assistant was a nice kid who was very respectful and eager to please. In summary, this was a very good experience. If I need more work done, I won't hesitate to hire Inception again. Straight A+ across the board.

Inception was very professional when working with us. Total explanation of the process was explained, before work was preformed. Great communication and punctuality. The provider was fair with the price and was very time efficient. We enjoyed their company and would work with them in the future.

To begin at the end, we have received many 'reviews' from passersby and neighbors ranging from "wonderful" to "gorgeous", including a carpenter-builder walking his dog who said it was "really well built, and I should know." We respect Rani for his crews, his timeliness, and efficiency. His crew was responsive, and better yet, they're artisans. The wall ended up looking like a Santa Fe adobe. They had to remove a section of grass-watering pipe, which they replaced with a drip system, which is much better. There was a glitch in the original estimate, but since we trust Rani from previous work, it turned out fine.

We are extremely happy with the job that Inception Home Remodeling did. The owner, Rani, is extremely professional and friendly. During the planning stages, he offered guidance and helpful suggestions, but also listened to what we wanted to ensure that we got the look that we were going for. The painting, floor and moulding crews were all very professional, courteous and gave attention to even the smallest details. I will definitely use Inception Home Remodeling again and will recommend them to our friends.

Went very well. All the painting was completed on my rental as planned in a clean timely manner. Now he's doing more work on my home. I trust his judgment and experience. I recommend his services to friends.

I purchased the deal to paint my commercial building. He went past the area today. He said that it would take a couple days. I told him that I wanted him to paint just one wall and if they had time left they could start on the trim. He said he couldn’t do that because he would have to get additional equipment. I asked about the additional equipment and he said it would need to be pressure washed and ladders. I was trying make sure he would have all materials and let him know that the pressure washing was completed. He said that he couldn’t do the work since I was adding any additional services than just the one wall.

After they initially installed the tiles in the kitchen, I noticed that some of the tiles were slightly darker than the others. Apparently Home Depot gave them the same tiles but some boxes were from different batches. I guess this was Home Depots fault? So, they removed all the tiles and installed all new tiles from the same batch. It took three weeks to finally complete the job but the tile floors look good and I am happy with the end result.

It was a good experience. Done in short time. The workers were here every day. We are very happy with the results. And we recommend Rani and inception home remodeling to any one that want good quality and great customer service.

A different company came to replace the ridge caps on my roof and tried to tell me my entire roof was "falling apart" and needed to be replaced. They tried to pressure me into paying $15,000 for a new roof that I later found out neighbors had paid 4-6,000 for recently with different companies. We made the other guy leave and starting looking for someone else. This is how we found Rani. He came out the same day and the first thing he said when he got on the roof...it's fine and doesn't need to be replaced(except for the part where the other guys ripped off a big chunk of the roof so that we would be stuck and actually need it to be done). Very happy with Rani and the work/repair that was done. They did a good job and didn't leave behind a mess. There was no pressure to spend a ton of money on unnecessary "repairs". Definitely will recommend Rani to friends.

I met Rani for an estimate after he was referred to me by a friend, I already had 3 estimates and was ready to start the job, however, I had a strong feelings that its a sign and I must meet him. Thanks God I listened to my inner voice. Long story short, I hired Rani ( inception) to do the remodeling for me, it included paint all the house, install new base moldings, tile floor in the kitchen, some recess lights in the living room and bedrooms, replace my old wood windows with new dual glaze windows, rain gutters and some other repairs. I can't say how happy I was with the workman ship and the service, every evening I got an email with the progress of the day and what will be done the next day, every morning I got a good morning call to let me know the workers are there, the time it took was less than what I expected. My house was cleaned every day and in the end of the project. And I already referred Rani to a friend of mine that needed work done in her house.
