Holder plumbing employee arrived on time, explained the reason for the low water pressure, gave us an estimate and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Completely satisfied with the results.

The plumber sent apparently was inexperienced.

I have used Holder Plumbing before in 2013 to replace my water heater. My husband and I were surprised that it was leaking since we thought we would get more use out of it. I called at 7:30 am and Randall came by the house by 9:30 am and the job was done by 12: 30. He was professional and courteous and took the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. We needed to replace our water heater.

He arrived early on a Sunday morning, assessed the situation, cleared the drain and cleaned up in under an hour.

The main line form the street burst. I called them at night and they were there by 7:30AM the next day and were able to fix the problem quickly. The pipes were so brittle though that another section burst almost immediately. Randall gave me a call and they were able to replace the whole line from house to street in three hours on the following day. I felt informed about the work and the price the whole time and very comfortable that the job would be done right. They had to dig through the yard and a few planters but you can hardly even tell they were there. These are my plumbers for life.

Fantastic! He was able to pull out the rotted pipe and replace it without breaking into the wall! Amazing! He even spotted a second leak that I was unaware of. He replaced that pipe as well. +

We had an excellent experience with them. He has been out here before. He came out and checked the system. He identified the leak. He told us where it was coming from. It was from our automatic pool filler. We went to the pool guy and replaced that. He charged us nothing. He was here a good hour tracing the leak. He has always done a very, very, excellent job for us. It was really important, and he came right away. Of course it was on a Saturday. We told him the city had knocked on our door, and all of a sudden it was a huge leak. I was glad that they did that, but I was quite concerned. He came within a half hour; very rapidly. We were very pleased. It was so nice because it was costing us quite a bit of money with the water, especially with the drought. Because it was outside, we hadn't heard or seen anything. He was really invaluable in finding that and helping us with it. He was just great and very helpful. He arrived right when he said. Of course I would use him again. In fact, we had to do some searching to find him. We remembered he had a dog in his ad, but we couldn't find the card. We had to search the internet for a plumber with a dog in it.

Very Well. Jeff arranged to perform the replacement on the very next morning after I first called. He brought the new 50-gallon water heater with him, very professionally removed the old leaking water heater and installed the new one. He also installed a drip pan, new water flex lines, new gas flex lines, earthquake straps (to the local building code), a gas drip leg, and he reconnected the temperature and pressure relief valve.

Always excellent. Mr. Holder is reliable, knowledgeable and honest to a fault. I have been burned by other companies and now will only call Holder because they are 100% trustworthy.

It was late in the evening but Mr. Holder came right out to help us out. A true professional and all-around great guy.

It worked really well! He easily unplugged the drain from the outside of the house, then fixed the pipes under the sink so they wouldn't leak. I would recommend him for anyone else who needs plumbing repairs. For the needs of the service, I can confidently say I got my money's worth.

The job went well. Jeff came out immediately and fixed the plumbing in the front of the house. He replaced some of the pipes that needed replacing and now there is not a leak.

First he comes over and gives you a low verbal quote. Then when you get the written quote he add $50 here, a couple of $100 there and I didn't catch it. Doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Nope, the customer is not always right. In Jeff Holder's world, Jeff Holder is always right. Avoid if you don't like headaches.

Jeff has been great, came out and checked water heater later the same day as called, new probably water heater needed replacing due to age. Called back and took care of replacement. Did great job, love his personality, price was fair, what more can you ask for... will be calling Jeff for any future work needed.
