He's my main person. He did all my electrical, my heating, and he's the one that hires the others. His first name is Alford. Alford always gets an A; he's wonderful. Again, I love personable; very personable and knowledgeable of their jobs, like checking everything as far as even your security systems. That's what they did for me; my security system. They did my outside lighting to my house and my inside lighting and basically upgraded my lighting to save me money; the LEDs. There's nothing they could do to improve because again, I've been working with Alford, actually he almost did my entire home for me. So, it's a long relationship. He calls to check up on us. He'll stop by. He's always personable. I don't remember calling him back saying can you come over and just do this for me. It's now so hard to get him though because he's so busy. On pricing, I thought it was pretty good. With the LED lighting, again I was paying like $1,000 for my electrical and I have a single-family home; 3 bedroom home basically and I was paying over $1,000 with the DWP for my month. Now my bill is like $439 so it really did bring the price down. So if it was expensive I'll accept it because I had been paying out $1,000 every 2 months or so. It's ridiculous. On quality, they clean up very well and the quality of the lighting; it's not cheaply done. I've had that done before where they put in recessed lighting and you see a hole here or it's not patched up there; not with him. They're kind of like perfectionists. On responsiveness, I would give an A+. He'll call and say I'm not available.

That was very expensive. They're very punctual. The price is crazy and that's him having another outside company come in but I know that’s around, I did my research first; around the prices that those units are to get a really great quality one and that was a discount. That company, I don't know what company it was that he used for the heating thingy, but I think it had to have been like a year or so later, it was leaking in there a lot of water and I called Alford who responded right away who in turn got into contact with that company, who did not respond right away. Even Alford even came by to take a look at what was wrong and he couldn't really make it out. They eventually came by and it wasn't as bad as we thought it was. They're of their word. If they say they're going to be there at 7AM or 9AM you know they're usually there. They have a good crew that actually cleans up afterwards and makes sure you know everything is up to par and not messy or dirty and parts are left out. They're really great about that. They could improve by leaving the client all the information about what it is that was installed. Instead of just taking it out of the box and say okay we're going to put it in. We should have all of that paperwork that comes along with that units especially since we bought it.
