+ -1 moreThe problem I had was never taken care of. I still have the issue. I have called multiple times and was told I have to speak to a specific person, who was never there. They never called back as promised. I had someone else do the work and fixed it in 15 minutes.
Description of Work: I needed some help with my computer and signed up with them because they offered 24 hour service. I tried a 2 year contract for $299.99.
