Juan Garcia performed excellent drywall repair work, taping, and matching old abnormal texturing. He did this at a reasonable price compared to 2 other bids. He kept the workplace clean and organized. I will be hiring him again.

I had a severe damage in one bedroom and a couple of moderate damages in the living room and master bedroom. Since the re-roofing was almost done, I had to find a contractor to fix the ceilings. Got three recommendations from HA and Garcia was the one who responded right away. At first, I was a bit reluctant to hire him, because he is unlicensed and has a few negative feedback, but I decided to give him a chance. His price was reasonable and he started the job very next day. It turned out that he knows what he is doing and completed the job very diligently and professionally. Matching texture and painting were flawless and I cannot even find where the damage was. Great job and thank you!!!

Good drywaller. Did a great job of matching texture to the existing textures in 2 bathrooms and a bedroom following a window replacement project.

Juan responded right away and was able to start the next day. After starting the project he stated that he had under-estimated the time and cost and would be charging us an additional $800. I honestly felt that he had low-balled the cost, so went along with it. He finished the room in 2 days, and it does look lovely, however, they broke the electric line that goes to the rear of the room. We contacted him, and he did come out to to look at the issue. He said he would be back in 3 days to fix it. Since then, we have called several times. He gave vague responses about how he was not able to get in touch with his "guy", and now appears to be blocking our number. STAY FAR AWAY from Juan Garcia & Garcia Drywall.

I called for estimate he came the same day gave me the estimate whiJob well done, although a little pricey but still would recommend him.

I went on to HA to request water damage to be fixed on my ceiling. When the contractor came out the ceiling was showed to him where repair needed to be done. He also noticed two other holes in the ceiling that he offered to fix. Agreement was made for certain amount of money and paid to him, but didn't complete the job and than also removed a light fixer completely leaving electrical wires hanging in my ceiling. He was not given any permission to do any type of removal or electrical work. Left me no explanation or phone call. I had to contact him to find out about the light fixer and offered to replace what was taken out for extra money. The ceiling repair never repaired completely just partial. Leaving loose wires on ceiling causing fire hazard.

At first, the texture had some flaws but he came back quickly to fix them twice and then for the 3rd time, no response. The texture fell off the wall while painting in several spots two of which were over 2 square feet. There are swirls and lines that stand out vs just orange peel spots. A lot of money spent and it needs to be redone in many places.

He does very good work. Very neat. I would highly recommend him.

Juan Garcia's work is excellent. He was on time and went to work immediately. Before I knew it the hole was gone and my wall was perfectly restored. I could not have been more pleased!

Mr. Garcia showed up on time, completed the drywall (ceiling actually) work in one day (about 4 hours) and cleaned up afterwards. Before doing the patch, Mr. Garcia put plastic sheeting all around the area to be patched to catch drywall powder that came from sawing the section to be replaced. The patched area blends perfectly with the original ceiling's texture. Mr. Garcia also painted the patched area. I was very happy with all aspects of this job from set-up to clean-up.

Juan was very punctual. He gave me straight answers and gave me the impression that he knew his business. His customer interfacing manner was friendly but business-like. He did an excellent job for me.

Juan did a great job matching the pattern on my wall. I only gave him less than 5 stars because I needed to do a little clean up afterwards.
