Very well, replaced the projection bulb and restored the picture on our TV. The picture on the TV now is like a new TV. Thanks for being so polite and friendly.

My complaint is that it took 4 months to complete the job.  I took the system in on October 15, 2012 and it was not completed until February 14, 2013.  The original estimate was 5-6 weeks to complete the job.  They never called me, I had to call them to get updates on the status.  The reason for the delay is that they could not find the replacement belts they needed.
I could not find any other shop that repairs audio systems within 10 miles of my home.  Otherwise, I would not use this business again.

I brought a 4 year old Cathode Ray TV in for repair of the volume control--the volume would fluctuate up and down on its own. I took the TV in, Brent Service center said they'd call with an estimate. When they called, they said it would be $200, so I declined to have it repaired since I could put that money toward a new TV. Brent service center offered to dispose of the TV for me. I told them I would still keep the TV as is. A couple days later, I received a call to say my TV was fixed and the bill was $200. When I went in, they had decided to fix it anyways and wanted either $200 or keep my TV. After pointing out I didn't want it fixed in the first place, they offered either $100 or they could remove all the parts they had replaced. I reluctantly paid $100 for a TV I had already replaced. Either it was an honest mistake or a clever ploy. Either way I got screwed.

Generally good experience. The two guys who picked up and dropped off the TV, were pleasant and efficient. The only possible issue I had with the company, was in the area of communication. I talked to a few different people along the way and sometimes information was not as clear as I'd like, or was somewhat conflicting (i.e., giving me a set time for pickup then when they were late, telling me it was a window, which hadn't been stated. Telling me they would call with an estimate but to expect 7-10 days for the work to be done, then when over a week went by and I still hadn't gotten an estimate, the guy I spoke to seemed annoyed that I didn't understand how busy they were and kept cutting me off, when I tried to speak. I would have preferred a more professional attitude. But when it was finally done, a guy named Brian called and he was very nice, very efficient, very professional, and everything from there on out was fine.

THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY POLITE, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE TV TOOK LONGER TO REPAIR THAN THEY SAID, BUT THEY DIDN'T KNOW THAT THERE WERE TWO MORE ISSUES WITH IT UNTIL THEY OPENED IT, AND TRIED TO FIX IT.

BRENT TV SERVICE AND REPAIR WAS QUICK TO GET BACK TO US FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY WERE ALSO POLITE WHEN WE WERE PICKING UP THE TV. THE MANAGER CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER TO ASK IF EVERYTHING WAS GOING WELL.
