They did a very good job. I was very impressed with them. The quality of work was excellent.

Brian and crew came highly recommended by Angie's List and our neighbors. We hadn't had our windows professionally cleaned for over a year , needless to say, they were in need of a cleaning. Brian and crew arrived on time and began their work.They used distilled water so as to not leave 'spots' behind and to have a 'squeeky' clean product when finished. Attention to detail included washing the tiny garage door window and spraying down our 'dirty' garage door. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and completed their work within a couple of hours.We were impressed!

After initially not being called back, then some frustrating back-and-forth, we made an appointment. Brian asked me to e-mail him with the number of windows and approximate measurements. It was easy, because I'd just ordered from 3-Day Blinds, so I had the info at my fingertips. Brian is wonderful. He is kind, neat, and punctual. It was pleasant to have him around. I shared with him the difficult family circumstance that led to me rehabilitating the home and renting it out. He is a very decent person and said wise things to comfort me. He and his assistant did a good job and the price was as quoted. The windows sparkled and it made a big difference. I could now show the place to prospective tenants with pride.

I found Brian's Window service listed on Angie's list. I called him and left a message that I was interested in getting the windows of my house cleaned. He called me back right away and I told him how many windows I had to be washed, he quoted me a price over the phone and we set up an appointment for him to do the windows. However, in the meantime I discovered that I had miscounted my windows and I had another windows to be washed for a total of 14 windows. When Brian came on Monday morning @ 8:00 a.m., we discussed the price including the extra window and agreed on the price and shook hands. Brian and his helper finished washing my windows inside & outside in approximately 2 1/2 hrs. I definitely would hire Brian again as they did an excellent job.

Fantastic. They even wore booties as we just put in new carpet. Windows are sparkling clean, skylight looks brand new. They cleaned up after the job. Spotless.

He is very polite but he did a sloppy job.

Brian was on time and did a beautiful job on the windows, but more impressive was the result on our glass shower. He spent 3 hours polishing the shower glass, removing hard water scale, to a like-new finish. They were very neat, moved and replaced all furniture and did a very professional job. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others, Ken & Patty

Technician (Owen) arrived 40 minutes after appointed time, but had called at the appointed time and said he was running late. No problem. Technician wore paper booties over his work boots to protect my carpet. Nice touch. My window look fantastic! While he was working, i asked him if he could do the bathroom mirrors while he was here. He said no problem. They also look fantastic! Gave him a B on responsiveness due to my having to call 2 times to make an appointment. Great job! Great value for my money!

Brian was a little hard to connect with at first but was worth the wait! The job was done on time and on budget and both doors are perfect.

Brian is a real professional and everything he did surpassed our expectation. He will be back.

Called Brian and requested estimate. He gave a ballpark estimate over the phone. He made an appointment to perform an exact estimate. He showed up over an hour late to perform the estimate. I had to leave for an appointment. He said no problem and that he would complete the estimate and call me later that night with it. He never called, nor ever mailed me the estimate?!

We found Brian's Window Service to be very thorough and professional. His pricing is very reasonable, particularly when compared to other companies listed here. He booked an appointment with us even though we are out of his usual service area. He found a time when we would be close enough to us and come by to clean the windows, screens, and sills. They arrived on time and even called 30 minutes before hand to let us know he was on the way. His crew did a fantastic job. They were quick and thorough, even cleaning some mirrors and framed pictures on their way out. We would definitely recommend his service to anyone.

Everything went smoothly. Brian and his crew arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were professional but friendly and gave my dog lots of attention. It was great to have an actual crew instead of just one person because all the cleaning was completed in 6 hours.

They are very professional in their work and have a very neat and clean personal appearance. They even put on booties to walk on my off-white carpeting. I was very appreciative of that. These 2 men were very personable and respectful of both us and our home. They have been with the owner for quite a while and spoke very highly of him, the company and the way he treats them. Happy Employees! I was very pleased with their work and will definitely hire them the next time. They were great with my 2 crazy dogs, too. A $10 Senior Discount was appreciated.

Brian and his assistant came to a house that had not seen a cleaning on the the double paned windows in about 10 years. There are about 45 windows and a huge skylight in this house. I cannot tell you how happy we are with his service. The windows look like they are broadcasting HD television!! It's so clear that honestly we just do not understand what took us this long. I can say that we are so glad we chose Brian. Incredible service and a very fair price!!! He not only cleaned each pane of glass in every window (that means 4 sides to do!) He and his assistant also cleaned the screens and all around the wood casings. I think anyone who uses Brian's service is a lucky consumer!!!

I used Brian for the first time for window cleaning. He and his crew arrived right on time, cleaned all of my windows, inside and out on my 2 story house and did a wonderful job. My house looked like new and they were VERY careful of my hardwood floors, carpet, furniture etc. They are also remarkably professional and pleasant to deal with as well. So I scheduled Brian to come back the next week to repklace all of my screens and again, totally professional, gracious, prompt and work was terrific! I am so pleased with his/their work that I have alread scheduled them to come back several times a year. Could not be happier with their work and professionalism.

Brian sounded very congenial on the phone but did not show for estimate and did not call to cancel in spite of being provided with 2 phone numbers

It was a good price. He did what he said he would do. He did it in one day and cleaned up after himself. There are some bubbles in the tinting that he said would go away. I am just waiting to see if those will go away. He was here when he said he would be here.

This was the 3rd time we used Brian. The first two last year were excellent with Brian and another worker cleaning the windows and screens. This time, Brian came alone, gve the windows a swipe, didn't clean the screens, and left. I found big streaks going down the master bedroom window. As we had listed our homr for sale, this was highly unsatisfactory. I called Brian and he came and recleaned the window. But, from the first two times to the third, there was a marked decline in satisfactory service.

Brian was very friendly, helpful and accomodating in scheduling the job. His two window washers were professional, efficient and went out of their way to be helpful. They did a very thorough job of cleaning all of the windows in our new home which had not been cleaned in many years. They also offered to vacuum a hard-to-reach area in our garage where there were several windows to clean. We will definitely have them back to tint our windows, as well as wash them on a regular basis. Great job with a smile!
