Set is professional, highly communicative, and the quality of work is top notch. We had a shower floor re-grout process that wasn't easy, but Set was with us every step of the way to ensure it was completed on time and to the quality we were seeking.

Set did a great job...on time and done right!

When Set started I was impressed with the reviews that I had read. Set over promises and under delivers. As a result, it impacted the quality of the work. When he came back form vacation to finish the job, we had him change the cut in two tiles that were horribly cut. When he installed the vinyl cove the majority of it popped off the wall. It was at that point that I dismissed him from the job and went with someone else. He cleaned out his bucket and poured it on my tree. Washed his rags out in our sink and poured the rest of his material down the drain.

Set is a real professional and it was a good experience working with him and staff.

He was very professional. Arrived with all the equipment he needed and completed the work within our time frame. We supplied our own tiles which is an excellent way to help a job be done efficiently. We would definitely use this company again.

Set is very professional and courteous. Project ran into a snafu on my part as the customer and Set was very adaptable to a problem that I created. On time and propfessional

They did a great job. The travertine tile I have has never looked clean because of the porous texture. I was always frustrated by how dirty it always looked. By having it professionally cleaned, it made it look brand new. At their suggestion, I did my own topcoat, and hopefully it will stay looking this good.

Workers were very polite and acted like they cared about my home. They kept the dust to a minimum. They were careful to match up the tile very well.
