He did very good work! He was clean, neat and fast.

Everything went great. I purchased a larger garbage disposal, so it did not fit properly. Some of the valves had to be cut and modified to accomodate the new garber disposal. Something I definately could not have done. He was early to both appointments and answered every one of my phone calls. Everything is working great.

I called the company and he wanted to charge me $250 for a leaky faucet. He also said he doesn't offer this deal anymore and it's a waste of my money to have purchased the deal. When I questioned the amount he wanted to charge he said he didn't have the part I needed therefore he would be charging me for time spent getting the part. I have requested a refund for the deal. This was my first interaction with Angie's List and I am not happy.

Armen's brother, Mike, came out on Friday (the day I called) and provided an estimate to fix our leaky outdoor pipe. Part of the pipe was under concrete beside our house so there was some real work invovled. He provided an estimated cost of 500-600 and said he would be able to do the job the following Monday (which was actually a holiday). He was very professional, charged the lower end of what we were expecting for the job and was very clean and efficient in the work he performed. We will definitely be using these guys again for our plumbing needs and would recommend them to others.

Armen was great, honest and very good! He stood by his work and after the first clean out, he came back in a week to redo when the blockage occurred again at no extra charge. He has superb equipment and was very clear in his explanations. We would definitely recommend him and his company.

I previously used Unique Plumbing on a couple of properties that I have managed. The work has always been excellent and this latest job on our own home was no exception. These guys are professional in every way, they explain everything thoroughly and they deliver the work at a reasonable price.

Armen was unable to perform the work requested which was to remove and replace a tub drain. He said that it would have to be done by going thru a bedroom wall to reach the back of the tub. Armen told me to request a refund and that he would be contacting Angie's list as well. He was a complete professional and very polite. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

These guys are very good at what they do and will work with you to get you what you need. It's clear they take pride in their workmanship as what they've done has been clean and solid.

Armen had fixed a main drain backup problem for me last month. After he did that, I showed him my awful bath fixtures and asked about the dripping problem. I told him other plumbers had said I would have to rip out the whole wall to fix the old pipes. I just wanted his opinion. He said he could fix it without all that drama. So I told him when I saved up the money I would call him back. I did. Armen showed up on time with the fixtures he needed to do the job, but when the old stuff was pulled out, he found that the pipes were all crooked in the wall and were rotting away. As far as I know, they are the original from 1952. I know I never had them replaced & I've been here 40 years. The new pipe attachments he bought did not fit, so he left all his equipment in the bathroom and went to find what would fit. He was back in about 20 minutes and had the whole thing fixed in only minutes. No more leaky pipes, no more ugly old knobs. I am very, very happy. Unique Rooter & plumbing is on my speed-dial. The sewer line was backed up and the toilet was almost overflowing and dirty water was backing up into the bathtub. I knew it was a main sewer blockage. The last plumber I had used was not available, so I went directly to Angie's list because of the exceptional company I had found to fix my electrical emergency a few months ago. I chose Unik Plumbing & Rooter because of good ratings and after reading several great reviews. I called and made an appointment. My house is old. I don't have an outside trap on the drain line. Most plumbers won't touch me with a 9 foot pole -- or they charge through the nose, and try to sell me a full re-piping job. Armin Sargisyan and his assistant arrived early, surveyed what needed to be done and went on the roof and routed out the lines all the way to the street in less than half an hour. The only reason they left later, was that I was talking with Armin about doing more work for me in the next few weeks. This man is honest, professional and unbelievably fast. He is now on my speed-dial for all my plumbing needs.

Vendor told me to email a picture of the valve over, vendor looked at it and looks like I don't need the valve.

WATCH OUT..HE IS THE KING OF UPSELLING, WILL DISCOURAGE YOU FROM USING ANGIES COUPONS.........First time I used him, it was great, he replaced a faucet that I had purchased for the bathroom. I was very happy with his service and performance. The second time I called him, I had a clogged faucet in the kitchen...immediately, he told me that the entire kitchen faucet needs to be replaced and he has the right one in his possession. He wanted 150.00 for the equipment and another 100 dollars to replace it. I declined. He dismantled the faucet and cleaned it....IIT WAS FINE, NO NEED FOR AN EXPENSIVE REPLACEMENT. Then he told me that one of the shower heads in a bathroom needs to be replaced..it so happens that he had one and he would do it for 35.00. I agreed even though I felt that there was nothing wrong with it. Called him again a few days ago, told him that the kitchen sink drain was clogged..he said he would get it unclogged for 140.00...I told him that I had a coupon on Angies list for 1 hour of labour for 89.00..he said, and I quote....YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE TO USE THIS COUPON,,SORRY I CANT TAKE IT NOW.......and he said that it will take two hours to unclog the sink. I also told him that one of the shower heads in another bathroom was leaking, Can he replace it with the one that I have. He said, and I quote...ALL SHOWER HEADS HAVE A CARTRIDGE AND ITS EXPENSIVE TO REPLACE THE CARTRIDGE.....COSTS HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS....Come on now, Armin, we are not that dumb...all you have to do is unscrew the shower head, put some tape and screw on the new one. Also, had a bathroom sink that was leaking water into the cabinet, again Armin quoted some ridiculous price. Called Mike Diamond Plumbers, who came of time, smelled good,removed the clog from the kitchen sink for 99.00, replaced my shower head and fixed the leak under the bathroom sink for 20.00. BOTTOM LINE.....HE WILL TAKE YOU TO THE CLEANERS, IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL. GET TWO OR THREE QUOTES.

This is the fourth time I have used Unik Plumbing and Rooter, and I couldn?t be happier! Armen volunteered to do the job on Sunday at no additional cost. As always, he was fast, efficient and friendly. I like to watch him work; he is obviously paying attention to detail and doing the best job he can possibly do. Unik Plumbing and Rooter is the very best plumbing company you will ever find!

Called Armen regarding service on the valve. Having had a cancellation, he came by 20 minutes later, determined the make and model our bathroom sink faucet, retrieved the part locally and installed it. Armen is friendly, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again when the cold water valve goes bad! ;-)

Very responsive and punctual. Arrived when he said he would and had all the parts he needed to make my repair. He was in and out in an hour, very nice, very professional. Would definitely use again.

Today is the third time we have used Armen of Unik Plumbing. This job, like the first two, was done quickly and efficiently. My toilet was leaking around the floor. I told Armen that I thought I needed the cast iron flange replaced. After examining the flange, Armen assured me that it was good and that a cheaper repair would solve my problem. A less honest plumber would have done the more expensive repair since I had opened the door for it. You will never find another plumber better than Armen and Mike of Unik plumbing. And, by the way, today is Labor Day!

The plumber showed up on time, and worked efficiently.

I did not have a good experience with them. They didn't get their act together to give me a quote so I didn't go with them. I wouldn't recommend them. They missed the deadline.

Armin was great. He responded to my messages via the website almost immediately on Wednesday and said he could come Thursday. He gave me a 1-hour window (9-10am) and arrived at 8:45am. If we start early...we finish early, so I was pleased to go on with the rest of my day. I had attempted to replace my water filter myself, but it turns out I needed extra parts. Armin had the right fittings and was able to get everything in working order very quickly. He also showed me exactly what to do next time the water filter needs to be changed -- I can do it myself (with his advice) but if I cannot, I will be sure to call him again. Thank you!

He responded to my inquiry promptly and he was available when I needed him to be. On the appointed day, he arrived early anddid the job in 30 minutes. Pleasant, professional and capable. He is a good plumber. I will have him back to do other work.

It went well. He was on time and I was able to schedule the appointment easily. He told us how to fix another one of our issues ourselves so he wouldn't have to charge us more.

They were on time, which is always a great thing when you hire someone. They worked fast, and when they realized how bad the plumbing was, they said they would come back the next day and fix everything for us. They even brought in a stucco person to patch the hole they had to make, which they didn't add to our quote. They were incredibly nice and didn't destroy our kitchen in the process. In fact, when I got home from work later in the day, I couldn't even tell that they had been there--except that everything was finally working like new!

They came the same day I called and gave me an estimate then they showed up on time the next day and started working. All work was performed quickly and in a professional manner and everything is now working nicely. They did more work than was originally planned to re-pipe the main clean out so that it got located in a good spot. They also came back again (after getting paid) to add some extra asphalt to finish the drive way surface .. awesome. They also pointed out potential issues and items I should put on the to-do list for future improvements. Overall very happy with their performance and would recommend them again.
