My experience with this business was verry good

Several Companies call, but Terry Diamond from Arrowing Building called, I told him I needed a framer to replace a fireplace and chimney I had removed from one of my units. He said he would stop by the house that evening and would give me an estimate on the cost. He call me back later that evening, quoted a price. texted me a contract and he contacted the tenant to set up a time to do the repairs. He contacted me consistenly as to the update on his work and completed the project timely doing a very good job. Thanks for the referral.

When I need roof work, whatever it may be, they are the ones to do the job! I have a composite shake roof, Terry came out and fixed the broken shakes the day of the original appointment for a quote. This is the first roofing companies that actually showed up on time and actually did something. the others either never showed up, or showed up when they felt like it and never called or emailed me back. I've called 5 other roofers, had bad experiences with those 5 and will never call those other guys back. I found my roofer...Arrow!

Terry Diamond and his crew are very professional, on time, and projects/jobs are completed in a timely manner. Also, Customer Service skills are excellent! Real happy with my new roof. Arrow Building also specializes in many more projects/jobs too! LB...

Terry Diamond and his crew are a pleasure to do business with. The wood siding on our 34 year old house was in very bad condition from weather and rot. The stucco also needed repaired and painted. We hired Arrow Building to replace the wood siding with fiber cement siding panels on three sides of the house. The front of the house was done with fiber cement lap siding for a unique look. The entire house was painted, except for the stucco. That included the roof eaves and fascia. Replaced all the old single pane windows with dual pane low-e glass windows. Inspection of the roof found some problem areas and we decided to replace the entire roof and upgrade the vents. Once the process started we decided to convert one bathroom from a fiberglass tub to a custom built walk in shower. The stucco was patched and repaired and coated with Thermolastic, an elastomeric, high-build, acrylic polymer coating. The house now looks better than a brand new house. Terry Diamond showed up on time for his appointment for a bid to do the work. Arrow Builders starts the work when they say they will start the job. They worked everyday, including some Saturdays to get the work done. Terry Diamond, the owner, was here almost everyday to make sure the proect was going as planned and there were no concerns. The work crew respected the fact thst we have pets they needed to work around. They closed the gate when they left. The cleaned up when they were done. This is a tri-level house and required scaffolding. They worked with scaffolding contractor to ensure we could still open our garage door to take my mother out in here wheel chair. It is the only door that doesn't have steps.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Quality of work is excellent. But as important, Terry Diamond II is very professional and highly reliable. He takes ownership and responsibility over the project. He is the type of person you want to work on your project. Would hire him again.

terry was very costumer oriented his siding crew was very attentive and detailed always ready to please terry started this job once the contract was signed had each crew out and in sync definetly would call on him again more then happy

They replaced a shingle roof on an addition- couldn't tell they had been there except for the new roof. VERY PLEASED!

Our house siding needed a face lift not sure what we could do until I called arrow building terry or should i say he called me back after going through home adviser. That was a Friday AM that after noon terry came out and gave us a cost for the job new siding .That next Tuesday work began no bull .done in 2 weeks .most others might have taken a month or 2 to complete with some excuse every week or so not arrow building .They even redid part of our roof and fixed drywall inside the house for free ,HEY THAT'S OLD SCHOOL. Not seen today any more .This is a no bull company they stuck to there cost and no up sell .GEORGE ROTGANS

Terry Diamond of Arrow Building assembled a fantastic team for rebuilding my deck, tiling the deck surface, installing railings around the deck, and painting the affected surfaces. He matched the paint perfectly, and my house looks brand new! I would definitely work with Terry again, and I highly recommend him for his extraordinary expertise.

Great customer service and very competent work. They quickly assessed and diagnosed my roofing problems and then described exactly how they would fix it. In addition to fixing the problems, they did preventive maintenance of other areas and left the house clean. All this for a reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time.

Indoor painting. Very neat and careful work. Most satisfactory. Will hire again.
